  1. The difficulty settings and the mapping are optimal for an insane / Another map, however it is marked as "Normal", fix that
  2. You seem to have ignored the combo color change at the end of a song stretch, this is essential to keep a flow on the map
    Try to place them at the change of pitch or at the end of a verse in the lyrics of the song
  3. The breaks are excessive
