i was playing a beatmap i had been practicing where i used to be able to do the beggining perfectly with no misses now i cant do it anymore and i dont know why
its been like this for about 2 days now

sounds like what happened to me with Blue Army. I was able to nearly FC it, but now miss at certain parts as if my hand has ptsd. Word of advice: Don't play the same map over and over again. Not only you get worse, but it starts translating into muscle memory. Even after a year I am still a bit affected by it.

not doing a part after 2 days means your body is slowly detoriation and soon you wont even be able to play the easiest maps!
