Creator's comment: At first I just wanted to create simple skin with some madoka in it, but later I added more madoka and It's now can be called Madoka's skin. I have spent way more time to this skin than I excpected I will, and skin is significantly changed than it was before (Graphics are way more better)

1. Add small border to texts on "menu-back", "section-pass", "section-fail" should look a little better.
2. Small ranking letters are a little unreadable and small. Maybe make them separately instead of resizing the bigger one.
3. Personally I prefer bigger cursor, but it's just me. (maybe add one as "alternative part"?).
4. Slider ball is somehow clean but... errr plain. D:
5. Ranking panel is a little to fancy (and unreadable) for my taste.
Like I said, few suggestions and just details. Generally you just did really great job with the skin. ^^
