i recommend to move the sb a bit more down... i was very confused when i read "5 stages" but only "4 diffs" because i first didnt saw the sb

the slidervelocity is good but the ar is too low and doesnt fit with the slider-speed so ar+1
the circles are really very small to hit for a normal-player so cs-1
[Hard]

00:37:054 (5) - a 1xrepeat-slider would be better to play, add a circle at 00:37:397
00:46:997 (1) - this is really hard to see fast enough because of nc (at least for a hard-player). move it to 432;228
01:25:911 (3,4,5,6) - confusing to read :(. move (4) to 160;76 and (5) to 364;44 http://puu.sh/1EThJ

00:14:768 (1) - remove normal-sound or you wont get what sound the red combo is following

01:44:254 (2,4) - These sliders absolutely don't fit to the rhythm. Please, Aleks, change them ;_;
02:03:454 (3) - This one doesn't fit either.
02:10:311 (3) - Remove Clap hitsound on repeat (and on slider end maybe)? :P

Since this diff's slider velocity is quite high I would strongly recommend renaming this to "Normal+".
==> I confirm phaZ's suggestion to raise AR by one. Then renaming to "Normal+" would be even more appropriate/necessary.
