I'm not sure about your colors. It feels odd with the background. Try colors less flashy.
There isn't any hitsound in this diff. (I haven't seen any.)
I don't understand why some parts have drum hitsounds when they sounds the same as others part with soft hitsounds.

00:32:060 (4) - It fells odd to play. Maybe replace it with a 1/2 beat-long slider starting at 00:31:809. And make it at the same high as 00:31:309 (3).
00:36:062 (2,4) - Try to round these sliders a little bit. I would be prettier.
00:48:070 (2) - Move it to x=424 y=156, it looks better with 00:46:569 (4,5,1).
01:03:330 (1) - Finish?
01:35:351 (1) - I think you should start the spinner at 01:36:101 and add a slider from 01:35:351 to 01:35:851.
01:44:356 (4) - This slider doesn't look nice. Keep it straight and instead curve the longer ones. In this case i think you can remove it and start the spinner here.
02:05:870 (3) - Maybe make it symmetrical like the rest.
02:38:392 (4) - NC.
02:47:397 (1) - Finish?
03:03:408 (1) - Round it a little.

Soul *-* I really want this ranked because we always see only Touhou, Openings, Ending, K/J-Pop, Dubstep and it's really annoying, i'm glad some people make unusual maps like this, so i'm gonna try modding this.

00:20:052 (6) - Well, i find change the slider's velocity on the start of the map isn't really good, but it's not really a problem.

00:48:571 (6) - Whistle at the end of the slider ?
01:32:099 (2) - I find the acceleration really too fast when you don't know the music, plus the music don't really change.
01:39:104 (1,2) - Personal feeling : I don't really like these two sliders, ok it fits with the vocal but i find them... too brutal compared to the voice ? I don't know how to say this sensation :(, hope you'll understand
02:59:405 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - Really nice pattern, it's pleasent when the modder tell the parts he likes i think :)
03:15:416 (1) - I find here the acceleration too fast, like before.
04:01:696 (1) - I don't really like the finish at the end of the spinner, the music is too low.

01:32:099 (2) - I find the acceleration really too fast when you don't know the music, plus the music don't really change. → Fixed a bit by this way: I changed the vel. to 1.25 (was 1.50) and readjusted spacing and slider lengths to fit a 1.08x spacing. It made the vel. change a bit softer (or "mais suave" how I could say in my language).
