Here's a sad attempt at making a Normal which has 4 and a half difficulty stars. Feel free to make it easier.
You must add hit sounds yourself because I didn't feel like it, especially for this song.
I think I didn't have enough Diligence... I must play some more Persona 4. >_>

hmm, no real problems I guess
just, about [PINEAPPLE EXPRESS], it seems that you should mess with the difficulty settings a little, mafiamaster's is almost tied with yours in star difficulty. also, your combo colors, there are two white ones, ones a little gray, but in play they look almost the same

i really miss whistles in this song. There are quite a few oppertunities for it.
too many claps in this difficulty in my opinion. I mean the claps are great on the notes that reprezent the fired shots in the song, but some others sound a bit weird.

Do something about the note colors. They're so similar to each other.

The timing sections here are... pretty weird. When I got to the chorus and heard the change from normal to soft, I thought it'd only apply to the chorus.
00:26:95 (9) - Clap hitsound should be at the end, not the middle.
00:29:92 (3) - Clap hitsound should be at the middle, not the start.
03:09:86 (5) - I can't appreciate this "slider art". It doesn't fit the ending, and the shape looks horrible.

Normal:
02:58:70 (1,1) - The spinner and the circle appear at the same time. This can and will confuse people who play Normal. Apart from that, this spinner is too short for a Normal in my opinion.
03:04:28 (1,1) - ^

Pineapple express was good.
