I would consider calling this Main Title since that is how it is listed in the ost (don't have booklet to confirm though). Source field will tell you where the song is from.

00:17:691 (1,2) - I know you are trying to change it up a bit, but 1 looks slightly strange tome, and with the amount of blanketing you use, the idea that 1 does not blanket 2 is weird
01:08:619 (1) - since you have so much blanketing, shouldn't this slider blanket 01:11:448 (2)
01:23:473 (3) - since this is not blanketing anything and the ends are at similar heights...., I would suggest making the ends at the same height and rearrange notes accordingly
Combo mod:
01:02:960 (1) - I don't feel that these notes have enough power to justify a new combo
01:12:863 (4) - new combo to be consistent with 01:29:839 (1)
01:19:936 (1) - same as 01:02:960 (1)
