Hey isn't this one of the song mixed in Ryuuseigun/Kumikyoku? :D

01:19:99 (1) - start on 01:20:19 and still end in same place
02:20:59 (2) - I can almost hear/see where you're going with this, but then I get lost around it too.. probably because of the gap between this and (3)
Nazi mod section-
00:17:08 (4) - some people might complain about the repeat being hidden, but it's vision to me (just pointing out)
00:23:66 (1) - could you place under fading (8) please? (then respace next note)

00:41:85 (5) - if that extra 1/4 extension is a part of your design, then ignore this, otherwise, shorten slider by 1/4?

01:23:86 (x) - the 4 tick volume jump might have been a bit too much.... maybe just increase by 1 or 2 ticks/increase volume gradually instead of at once?

01:40:71 (7) - ^ if you did that, then add new combo here~?

02:40:72 (1) - hmm since you can't place the repeat under the single combo, could you not have it overlap?

The slow downs were understandable to me, and hitsounds flowed nicely~ the only thing I want to complain is the ending stream... just doesn't... sound very "ending" like.... (maybe cuz its too loud?)

01:36:44 (1) - sounds closer to lyrics if you stop a half note or maybe a whole note earlier, currently the music you are synced to do not really sound like a good end to the spinner
02:26:37 (1) - I would probably end this 2 whole notes sooner\

Hard:
00:56:97 (4) - make a horizontal reflection of the end of 2
02:11:27 (3) - make the same distance from 2 that 1 is
02:25:98 (1) - same as normal

Meh, bliss's right about spinner, anything else I think it's cool.
Add whistles at 178,399 in the soft timing section. You should check the hitsounds for the low parts, I'll see later.

I hate to go against previous comments, but the BPM for this really IS 155.00, as I am listening to it. The beginning is timed perfectly, but at the end it is getting ahead of the song. 155.03 BPM is too fast. Do not be fooled by the 03:15:04 (1,2,3,4,5) - part, as it is not even syncing to the beat.

This was very well mapped. I find it a bit long, but it's within the 4-minute limit, so that is probably fine.

But I still don't like the ending. I ended up using 1/8 since the final beat does really finish at 1/8. But I dunno. If you think it's ok, I'll leave it at that.

first things first, I believe the offset may be off, I see it's Shinxyn's, and he may be better at timing than I am.
best thing you can do is find somebody who is good at timing, I got OFFSET: 12,835. Don't use it now, just ask for some timing help in #mod or something, I mean, Shinx's may be right.
