Finishes added, they sounded good to me.

As for those timing sections most of them are intentional to control volume so I'll leave them as it is for now.

What he means is to move the timing sections to 1/4 behind the note instead of directly on top of it to account for human error, because if the timing section is right on top of a note and someone hits the note early, they'll get the wrong volume for that hit because they will hit it before the new volume section begins.

I disagree.

Videos encoded to fit the standards of osu! are at such low quality that I dare not even consider them

If you really want to do it, it should be possible to add it yourself but then you might not be playing the Ranked version.
