I think offset should be 1384 (+6)
01:55:663 - There are two inheriting sections here... remove one.
You really didn't need to make all these inheriting sections to use the different hitsounds, especially since you don't have any custom hitsounds. If you didn't know, you can keep it all as Soft, and just change the sounds of a hit using the drop-down menus in the top left (above "Select"). For example, at 00:08:996 (1) - you can select the slider head and change the "Additions" to "Drum", then add the whistle. Not necessary to change now, but just something to keep in mind for future maps.
Set a preview point.
Make tags in Insane the same as other diffs.

[Easy]
OD1 seems excessively low. I think OD2 would fit better, since there is much more sliders than circles.

I implimented almost all of my whistles on voices. I did add more whistles and removed some

I like insanes like this. I just don't want to overmap, which is what I'm afraid of.

Nice song btw (I'm not the one for brony type stuff but this is pretty nice)

  1. Please go through and snap all the unsnapped green lines throughout the difficulties, especially the kiai times. Some of them cause kiai times to not start at the same place throughout the set
  2. The drum sounding hitsounds are kind of loud imo (well they are all really loud), find a way to reduce the volume of them or find different samples. Also I'd recommend of finding a quiter sliderslide, it'll definitely benefit the mapset.

[Easy]Nice and clean easy.
  1. 00:08:526 (1,2) - (Nazi) Blanket is slightly off
  2. 00:20:431 (1) - Move this down so it fits better and flows more nicely.
  3. 00:25:193 (2) - Have this perfectly blanket 00:23:764 (2) - 's hitburst
  4. 00:27:574 (4,1) - (Nazi) Blanket is slightly off
  5. 00:33:288 (2) - 319:38 so that its perfectly stacked under 00:29:955 (2) - 's slider end (and will fix the blanket)
  6. 00:35:193 (4) - Move this one to 319:38 after doing the above
  7. 00:42:812 (4) - Put a slight curve on this slider so that it flows nicely in to 00:43:764 (1) -
  8. 00:46:621 (3,1) - Blanket can be improved here
  9. 00:57:098 (4,1,2) - Weird flow here. The repeat slider of the beginning angles in to another direction, while the circle goes upwards, then the slider following that is in another direction entirely. Try this pattern and hopefully it will help with the flow. I'd also probably rearrange this 00:56:145 (3) - slider so that it fits this pattern suggestion nicer.
  10. 01:04:717 (4) - another weird flow going on, curve this slider in the other direction for it to improve
  11. 01:08:050 (1,2) - (Nazi) Blanket is slightly off
  12. 01:21:383 (1) - I'd stack this on top of 01:19:002 (2) - just for consistency with the previous patterns. Also for good measure be sure to adjust the following pattern too

[Hard]Not a bad hard, just a bit sloppy on the blankets is all. I suggest looking through it again to find any that are off I didn't point out. You can use the approach circles to help you out with this!
  1. 00:09:002 (1) - Remove NC. You didn't do this is normal or easy, so why here?
  2. 00:13:764 (3,4) - Blanket is slightly off
  3. 00:18:526 (1) - Probably a good idea to have a perfect blanket 00:19:241 (2) -
