Idk, AR9 is a lot easier than it used to be imo, but yea, I get where you're going at. The reason this is AR9 is because I started Hard first and used AR8 for Hard... sooooo Hard -> AR7, Insane ->AR8, slightly tuned Hard a bit due to this, too.
- 00:53:850 (4) - 00:59:850 (4) - why are these snapped to 1/6? They really do feel out of place while 1/4 snap works fine. I used 1/6 because I was influenced from 01:46:725, but yea, 1/4 works better here... I'll change it~ (but I don't think I can probably change 01:46:725, so its staying as a 1/6 slider)
All opinions and mods matter~ but can't make everyone happy.

Whether follows the song or your previous note, there should be 1/1 rhythm, shouldn't it? if you want to keep it, then... please make 00:36:225 (1,2) - distance be same, would be more readable

I agree with getting a higher quality BG, but if you want to keep it, I won't stop you

Easy:
00:23:663 (3) - I feel 3 would follow 1 's curve a bit more if rightward and downward a bit
01:30:413 (1) - this would look better if it blanketed 01:28:163 (2)
01:42:413 (1) - make symmetric (as a note: with the new slider system, if you make the slider points symmetric and lift the middle point to the point where it is about to switch to the previous snap, you will basically have a symmetric slider)
01:46:913 (2) - ^
02:00:413 (1) - was this supposed to be symmetric....?
02:20:663 (5) - move the middle point down a bit to fix your blanket
02:21:788 (6) - blanket the end of 5 better
02:36:413 (1,1) - break + spinners is pretty boring imo
02:51:788 (1) - make symmetric (admittedly it is not that bad, but felt more off when playing)
03:10:913 (3) - feels a little better if vertically aligned with 2 or moved down a bit
03:30:413 (3) - those curves are really sharp, try to make them more round
03:54:413 (1) - blanket 03:53:663 (3) better
