Beginning rhythm is a bit uneven and i personally feel it doesnt go well with the music; i suggest something like this
00:11:197 (2) - better if you moved this to x296 y336, better flow and doesnt overlap ( i know u did intentional overlap though )
00:48:445 (4) - move to x168 y224 same reason as above, if you do this then move 00:49:653 (2) -
01:13:009 (1) - move tail point to x164 y176 for perfect blanket
01:16:230 (1,2) - IMO dont stack, because the next slider is on a red tick if you stack its easy to lose your combo because it feels a bit offbeat
01:21:062 (2) - move to x308 y4

Using the original image you provided I applied a filter to blur similar colors slightly in order to reduce the image's artifacting then downscaled it to the proper res. here you go:

  3. 00:13:411 (1,2,3,4,5) - i guess the rhythm is kinda hard since so much 1/2 gaps here. i guess you can remove 00:14:619 (3) - and change with circle on whitetick instead since you did it at 00:08:177 - done and also added circle after 00:15:626 (5) - to stay consistent
  4. 00:16:633 (1) - you can still use 1,0x spacing here so please keep the consistent of spacing by moving to 456,140 fixed differently after adding circle

  10. wtf from start kiai until end kiai are totally hard for Normal, and i don't find why need increase spacing here. altho maybe it for make neater design but it totally hard. i guess you must to remap the rhythm on Normal start from kiai until end it used to be same spacing but No_Gu's mod told me to increase it for neater design

  5. 00:34:351 (1,2,3,4) - ooh the spacing are inconsistency, the sliders look so bad here. make 00:34:754 (2,4) - further. around 1,5x spacing or 1,7x spacing done and made the sliders look nicer
  6. 00:44:015 (1) - since cymbal so jump instead to emphasize it. move to 184,88 ctrl-g'ed both sliders to be more interesting, moved first one a little further but its head is not as far as your suggestion because of ctrl-g
  7. 00:59:519 (1) - the flow could more interesting here, try move to 184,100 i do want a tougher pattern for the lead-in to kiai, but this would confuse distance snap and it's already nicely overlapped with 01:01:130 (4) -

  10. the diff is fine but the jump altho normal spacing feel so plain on the flow example 00:42:807 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - (mostly on circles here)yeah, i tried to make this a fairly easy insane but maybe in the future i will figure out some more interesting circle patterns for parts like this
