Hitsounds sound too soft.
The storyboard is kind of pointless. Maybe put a pass/fail sequence? (many flowers fall if you pass but few if you fail?)

fixed offset to 1678. Ofcourse notes are snapped and timing section snapped.

Originally BPM of this song is 92.5. ouran doubled that to make better map(slider speed and spacing I guess), but for Taiko map we don't have to do that. (there's some exceptions but not this one)

and for uninherited timing section in 54,867ms, this is for bar-dividing line which appears when playing Taiko mode. For standard map it's not important but for taiko it is important. (see kita saitama2000 mapped by arken1015. he used bunch of uninherit timing sections for bar-dividing line...)

Default osu! cursor blends with spinner background/circle. Skin the cursor too?
WTF is that sliderball. If you want this thing (is it hat?) to rotate smoothly, gimme a minute, I'll do it.
Convert spinner-background to jpg (yes, it works now. I think).
In storyboard, there are 3 flowers partially overlapping each other (second biggest grid to the right, counting from middle of screen). It looks weird, delete one of them?

01:33:786 (1,3) - try reversing (Ctrl+R) instead of flipping horizontally, they don't fit each other now.

Can't say I like the slider slider sound much... though it makes the slider tick sound stand out more... (in a good way)
The map could use more hitsounds, not just the tap sound from taiko... (I was thinking the actual drum hitsound from the taiko skin), cuz the tapping sound doesn't fit some parts of the song (even the default soft-hitnormal could work)
I get a bit early, offset -3? no biggie

I say replace the custom hitsound for the default soft hitsound where the light gong sound is in the song.. like.. 00:12:056,00:32:813,00:53:569, and so on... also spinner ends.
Only thing I didn't like was the continuous tapping sound in the whole map since it kinda dominates the whole song.

I think the Kiai Time intervals would look better like this:

Either way, you need to snap them correctly to the timeline!
