Okay straight away I can see a few chord consistency issues.. Which may have led to the mania contest judges calling the map overmapped.

00:01:790 (1790|3,1790|2) - Because here, we have piano note, drum, and STILL 2 notes. I think this is fine, just delete a note in the previous chord.
