1) seems you need a harder difficulty, [Hard] is too easy... ( osu rating shows it is still a [E] ....)
2) the size of your BG is 1120 X 768 , try to use a 1024 x 768 instead ? (to get a better resolution)
3) delete the .osb file and full submittion
4) kiai time should start and end with a hitobject (e.g. start at 01:14:087 (1) and end at 01:32:837 in [Easy] )

I didn't count your suggestions for hard because is still in progress and I forgot to say that I just wanted a mod for easy and normal :?

Please use grid level 3 from now on for all your diffs, it makes everything much neater.
It is highly recommended you have plenty of breaks, please add some to Normal and Hard, 2 evenly spread ones should be fine.
