Hello! | From #modreqs

[General]
  1. Check your .mp3 bit rate
[Normal]
  1. 00:37:346 (2,3,4) - They may looks too monotonous here . How about change those circles into single 1/2 slider? It might be fine since you didn't use NC on 00:38:346 (4) - . It creates more room to improve the selected rhythm tho . You emphasize the downbeat with slider tail too at the part which has the same rhythm with those circles { 00:29:846 (4,2) - }
  2. 01:08:346 (3,4,5) - Same here
  3. 01:21:346 (2) - Movement from this slider to the next slider 01:22:346 (3) - looks a little rigid here . Try to curve this slider 01:21:346 (2) - and make it blanket with 01:20:346 (1) - . It looks the way better than the current one
  4. 01:36:096 (6) - Bend this slider to the left side? it may improve the transition to 01:36:846 (1) -
  5. 01:42:096 (3,4,5) - Looks rigid here . How about this kind of flow? May improve the transition too beside the visual and movement
  6. 02:10:346 (3,4,5) - Same as top
  7. 02:13:346 (2,3,4) - They plays very rigid too . Try this? The flow will run smoothly from 02:12:346 (1) - and better than the current one
  8. 03:17:846 (2,3,4) - Same as top
  9. 03:36:346 (1,2) - Nazi, fix blanket?
  10. 03:42:096 (3,4) - Looks a little bit rigid here? Make it like this? I guess it has the similar reason like what I mentioned above

They're all structured well, but you could improve some placement so it won't looks so rigid . The best way to map lower diffs is keep the flow runs smoothly imo
[Hard]
  1. 00:44:846 (2) - Rearrange this slider into 2 circles? The sound on 00:45:096 - seems particularly need to be emphasized more
  2. 01:03:721 - The vocal on this section mustn't be ignored if you following the vocal on this rhythm 01:03:346 (2,3) - , or it'll plays awkwardly throughout the current vocal . Also, you can keep this drum sound to be emphasized . Delete the slider and make the pattern like this . I hope you can turn out all of them in another similar part like this . Try to find out an idea to make the isn't really hard to be clicked ( Keep the current pattern is fine tho, but I suggest you to try my suggestion )
  3. 01:04:346 - Why you ignore this strong and important beat here? I strongly recommend you to map this out . Rearrange the current slider that covered up this beat
  4. 01:52:096 (1) - ^
  5. 02:00:096 (1) - ^

Ahh I can't mod higher diff ><
The higher the difficulty the better you make it ><
Good Luck~

[General]
  1. Check your .mp3 bit rate
[Normal]
  1. 01:08:346 (3,4,5) - Same here vocal on 5 so I prefer circle.
  2. 01:21:346 (2) - Movement from this slider to the next slider 01:22:346 (3) - looks a little rigid here . Try to curve this slider 01:21:346 (2) - and make it blanket with 01:20:346 (1) - . It looks the way better than the current one kinda agree that it looks better but imo, it doesn't fit with next straight slider. If curve this, also need to curve the next one so.. if someone mention this again, I will try to change.
  3. 01:36:096 (6) - Bend this slider to the left side? it may improve the transition to 01:36:846 (1) - I think straight looks better, two curve slider and bend in same way is kinda look weird imo. curve or not still play the same though so I prefer straight for this.
  4. 01:42:096 (3,4,5) - Looks rigid here . How about this kind of flow? May improve the transition too beside the visual and movement that's interesting but for me, put note straight to the straight slider is more flow.
  5. 02:10:346 (3,4,5) - Same as top same
  6. 02:13:346 (2,3,4) - They plays very rigid too . Try this? The flow will run smoothly from 02:12:346 (1) - and better than the current one this is nice but I fix in other way, as I said, two curve slider that bend in same way look weird (for me) so I prefer straight afterward. I fixed 02:15:346 (5,1) to curve like you said though.
  7. 03:17:846 (2,3,4) - Same as top same
  8. 03:36:346 (1,2) - Nazi, fix blanket? hmm didn't plan to blanket there, if I made it perfect blanket, 2 will be too close with 03:35:346 (5) and look forced.
  9. 03:42:096 (3,4) - Looks a little bit rigid here? Make it like this? I guess it has the similar reason like what I mentioned above same reason :P

They're all structured well, but you could improve some placement so it won't looks so rigid . The best way to map lower diffs is keep the flow runs smoothly imo
[Hard]
  1. 01:03:721 - The vocal on this section mustn't be ignored if you following the vocal on this rhythm 01:03:346 (2,3) - , or it'll plays awkwardly throughout the current vocal . Try to find out an idea to make the isn't really hard to be clicked ( Keep the current pattern is fine tho, but I suggest you to try my suggestion ) yes, you are right but I don't want it to be harder.
  2. 01:04:346 - Why you ignore this strong and important beat here? I strongly recommend you to map this out . Rearrange the current slider that covered up this beat because I don't want to spamming just 1/2, this is like light hard diff so I want to use 1/1 a lot as well.
  3. 01:52:096 (1) - ^ ^
  4. 02:00:096 (1) - ^ ^

Remember
00:42:721 (2,4) - i don't like the flow here, consider rotating the kicksliders a little
01:14:346 (1) - what about a slider like this seems to fit betetr and makes the transition to 1 smoother *
01:43:096 (5) - nc here would make nc usage more consistent, but not having nc kinda fits the music, your choice
01:57:596 (1) - eitehr make this straigh or slightly curve the others in that combo, looks better
02:11:346 (1,2,3) - make it more like thismaybe?
02:18:346 (1) - see *
03:26:096 (1,2,3) - looks weird
03:38:096 (1,2) - blanketing?
03:44:596 (2) - i don't really like how this slider look with that red point ...

Hard
00:45:846 (5) - how about putting this somewhere around 280|350 and curving 4 to blanket 1?
00:56:096 (1) - "smoother" slider like this? *
01:12:096 (1) - ^
01:15:846 (4) - make this blanket 3?
01:16:346 (1) - strg+j this
01:18:346 (1) - doesn't look that great
01:19:346 (2) - strg+g
01:22:596 (2) - curve this like 01:23:346 (4) -
01:24:346 (1) - see * above
01:27:846 (5) - this one actually fits really well
01:34:096 (1) - looks very bland, how about a little curving or sth?
01:59:096 (3) - see * above
02:06:096 (1) - very bland long slider again
02:16:096 (1) - curve like 02:16:846 (3) -
02:19:346 (2) - strg+g
02:21:346 (4) - ^
02:23:346 (4,5) - blanket is a little bit off
02:36:096 (1) - very bland long slider again
03:26:846 (2) - strg+g
03:32:346 (1) - very bland long slider again
03:34:096 (1) - ^

Normal
00:32:846 (1) - move the end a bot more to the left
01:09:346 (5) - nc here
01:10:346 (1) - remove nc
01:10:596 feels like sth should be here, but that might be hard on a normal diff, nc shouldstart around here too
==> these nc changes would make it more consistent over all the diffs
01:19:346 (3,1) - blanket seems a bit off
01:30:346 (3) - curve this and blanket 4?
01:51:346 (5) - move end a very little bit to the right
02:20:846 (1) - make this like 02:19:346 (1) - but half the size
02:33:346 (5) - move nd point a bit left
02:39:346 (2,3) - round those two to blanket each other
03:36:346 (1,2) - blanket?
03:43:346 (1,2) - change one of those (or both), they shoulldn't look the same as 2 is mapped purely to the vocals and 1 to the instrumental

Yes, I put lots of emphasis on the sliders, escpecially on the harder diffs, but that is mostly because it was hard to find other stuff that bothered me. Map seems fine pretty much :)

01:34:096 (1) - looks very bland, how about a little curving or sth? mhmm no
02:06:096 (1) - very bland long slider again sometime I want to use basic shape :P
02:16:096 (1) - curve like 02:16:846 (3) - same reason
02:19:346 (2) - strg+g exactly what is this mean? if ctrl+g, no it will be too hard.
02:21:346 (4) - ^ ^
02:23:346 (4,5) - blanket is a little bit off it's so a bit so I can't find any mistake >_>
02:36:096 (1) - very bland long slider again yea want some basic shape

03:32:346 (1) - very bland long slider again yea want some basic shape
03:34:096 (1) - ^ it fit with above slider.

Normal
00:32:846 (1) - move the end a bot more to the left nono, intentional
01:09:346 (5) - nc here I add NC every 2 stanza.
01:10:346 (1) - remove nc ^
01:10:596 feels like sth should be here, but that might be hard on a normal diff, nc shouldstart around here too yes, it would be too hard for easiest diff.
==> these nc changes would make it more consistent over all the diffs
01:51:346 (5) - move end a very little bit to the right hmmm no
02:20:846 (1) - make this like 02:19:346 (1) - but half the size noo I prefer this.

03:43:346 (1,2) - change one of those (or both), they shoulldn't look the same as 2 is mapped purely to the vocals and 1 to the instrumental this is really interesting but I still don't have any idea to change and I'm not sure if you mean the shape are the same or what.

Hi, it's my m4m from your queue

  • Normal
01:26:346 - maybe circle on downbit?
    01:51:346 (5) - This slider is not parallel 01:50:346 (4) . The correct coordinates
03:17:846 (2) - Repeated slider would have been better
03:44:596 (2) - to add another repeat (suggestion)
  • Remember
01:14:346 (1) - fix this slider, if u wanted to do sliderwawe course
01:18:221 (9) - the circle seemed to me unnecessary
    01:40:846 (1) - ^ (overmapping)
    01:41:846 (1) - ^ etc
Nice song, good luck :)

##derusting

much pink in this map

[Remember me pls]
  1. 00:36:846 (2,3,4) - I honestly have no idea why you suddenly decided to stack these 1/4s instead of spreading them out like you did on previous patterns. It caused quite an abrupt flow stop for me when I was playing this trying to see whether I could farm this with DT later lelel
  2. 00:42:846 (3,4) - I would either make these go like
or find a way to spread them out, since imho they are a bit too close together despite being a 1/4 slider jump and it plays awkwardly when they are at ambiguous distance like this (like when you are jumping to next note, you might "overshoot" and go past the actual circle position and hit on wrong spot) maybe cause I suck at this game
  3. 00:47:846 (4) - maybe have this one at like 1.75x since this is a drum hit and vocal emphasis point after all and is easy to do so without breaking any other pattern that would possibly refer back to this pattern when positioning
  4. 00:59:346 (5) - ^^ except that you will need to think harder if you actually want to make a different DS here since you are doing a nice stack on previous note
  5. 01:56:846 (3) - consistency with 00:47:846 (4) -
  6. 02:00:846 (3,4,6,7) - I think it makes more interesting flow when you ctrl+g 02:00:846 (3,4) - and 02:01:596 (6,7) - but consider whether you want to put in extra difficulty spike in here :P just throwing out suggestions to avoid making this diff a bit repetitive due to song length
  7. 02:09:596 (4,5) - like ctrl+g here also makes nice jump flow
  8. General comment:
well I looked over the whole diff I have to say you did a bloody good job at keeping your patterns/rhythms consistent throughout the song, but only gripe I have is that there are quite a handful places where you can easily give more musical emphasis by simple re-positioning and ctrl+g at some parts (like those circle note chains like 02:00:596 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - ). I mean, this is the hardest diff, it could be harder than currently is right now =w=

its totally fine if you want to keep the diff as it is though
I got bad at modding
Peachtrees
  • it's not like I can really mod any of your maps anyways ;_;

    Normal
  1. 01:01:346 (6) - 02:03:346 (6) - shouldn't these two be consistent in how they're hitsounded?
  2. 01:56:096 (6) - very strong piano sound being skipped here. Not sure if this is worth adding a circle for you, but I do think that it's worth considering
  3. 02:17:096 (2) - circle here goes along really really well with the vocals without making the rythm too dense
  4. 02:44:096 (3) - would honestly rather follow vocals than background music here, I think following the 'remember' is way more intuitive here since that is what feels strong in the song, thus feeling a lot easier and more natural to follow. Sam obviously applies to the other kiais if you feel like this needs change
  5. 03:15:596 (4) - idk about skipping the white tick here, doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Both the high pitched drum and the little 'swoosh' in the song land on this, while I don't think that would feel stronger is currently landing on the red tick. (atleast nothing that would justify skipping the white tick) Not sure if you did this to implement some variety in the rythm, but I really don't think it works all to well right here

    Hard
  6. 00:55:346 (3,4) - would move 4 to the left a bit (or pretty much as far to the left as you can as it's already this close haha) since that'd make it easier to follow when coming from 3
  7. 00:58:096 (5) - would probably turn this into a circle and then have a 1/2 start on the downbeat, playing feels a lot better than skipping because of how audible the sound is
  8. 02:00:346 (1) - ^ same idea for this one. I don't really think vocals call for something that requires holding here (they don't feel particularly powerful) so I feel like just making the slider a circle and then starting a 1/2 on the downbeat is alot nicer
  9. 03:18:096 (6) - a bit weird to have this peak in the drums (I think this is drums?) land on the repeat here

    Remeber
  10. 01:11:471 (5,6) - 0.7 spacing between these too?
  11. 01:11:096 (3,5) - oh and was kinda surprised that these weren't a blanket, thought that would've matched your style really well
  12. 02:00:096 (1,2,3) - could even out the spacing a bit one these, pretty picky but it really does benefit the symmetry I think ><
  13. 02:22:346 (1,1) - aaah a blanket that is not perfecttt
  14. 02:41:096 (4,5) - could space these out to 0.7 if you feel like it, though I guess the spacing being off by 0,5 doesn't matter as much
  15. 03:28:346 (1,2) - would rotate anti-clockwise a bit like https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/3448545 to make it easier to catch this properly
Good Luck and have fun with this shitmod ;_;

It caused quite an abrupt flow stop for me when I was playing this trying to see whether I could farm this with DT later lelel because it's not looks clean when unstack them XD but yea, I did some.
  2. 00:42:846 (3,4) - I would either make these go like mine is more flow imo. and it's kinda... far enough ahaha, I don't want to make this too hard.
or find a way to spread them out, since imho they are a bit too close together despite being a 1/4 slider jump and it plays awkwardly when they are at ambiguous distance like this (like when you are jumping to next note, you might "overshoot" and go past the actual circle position and hit on wrong spot) maybe cause I suck at this game
  3. 00:47:846 (4) - maybe have this one at like 1.75x since this is a drum hit and vocal emphasis point after all and is easy to do so without breaking any other pattern that would possibly refer back to this pattern when positioning I want to make them consistent though, also if I fix this, I need to fix the whole map lol, let's see for more opinion.
  4. 00:59:346 (5) - ^^ except that you will need to think harder if you actually want to make a different DS here since you are doing a nice stack on previous note yep
  5. 01:56:846 (3) - consistency with 00:47:846 (4) - nope nope
  6. 02:00:846 (3,4,6,7) - I think it makes more interesting flow when you ctrl+g 02:00:846 (3,4) - and 02:01:596 (6,7) - but consider whether you want to put in extra difficulty spike in here :P just throwing out suggestions to avoid making this diff a bit repetitive due to song length
  7. 02:09:596 (4,5) - like ctrl+g here also makes nice jump flow hm no ctrl+g is more flow here x3
I mean, this is the hardest diff, it could be harder than currently is right now =w= to be honest I tried to make other part consistent spacing, flow and make it peak at... the yellow+orange part.

its totally fine if you want to keep the diff as it is though
I got bad at modding
don't worry :P

thanks for looking : 333

  1. 01:56:096 (6) - very strong piano sound being skipped here. Not sure if this is worth adding a circle for you, but I do think that it's worth considering I didn't plan to follow piano there, and note would be too dense.

    Hard
  2. 00:55:346 (3,4) - would move 4 to the left a bit (or pretty much as far to the left as you can as it's already this close haha) since that'd make it easier to follow when coming from 3 currenr one is completely fine imo XD
  3. 00:58:096 (5) - would probably turn this into a circle and then have a 1/2 start on the downbeat, playing feels a lot better than skipping because of how audible the sound is will look for more opinion here, I want to follow vocal with 1/1 slider here.
  4. 02:00:346 (1) - ^ same idea for this one. I don't really think vocals call for something that requires holding here (they don't feel particularly powerful) so I feel like just making the slider a circle and then starting a 1/2 on the downbeat is alot nicer same, well I want to use variety rhythm. I mean I want to use some 1/1 to emphasis vocal.
  5. 03:18:096 (6) - a bit weird to have this peak in the drums (I think this is drums?) land on the repeat here hmm I think no and that beat is not that strong so I prefer reverse there, it somehow fit. I add NC on this slider though :P

  6. 01:11:471 (5,6) - 0.7 spacing between these too? it's already 0.68 so let it be.
  7. 01:11:096 (3,5) - oh and was kinda surprised that these weren't a blanket, thought that would've matched your style really well for star and square sake, I denied my deer blanket there.
  8. 02:22:346 (1,1) - aaah a blanket that is not perfecttt hm... let me try my best to fix.
  9. 03:28:346 (1,2) - would rotate anti-clockwise a bit like https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/3448545 to make it easier to catch this properly hm nope, that's not my taste.
Good Luck and have fun with this shitmod ;_;
thanks!! :D

no mention = fixed.

  1. 03:10:346 (1) - Since this is your easiest difficulty, I think ending this at 03:12:346 will be much more natural. You'll know what to do next for recovery time.
[Hard]
  1. 01:06:096 - I'd like to recommend adding a note to fit the lyrics.
  2. 03:12:346 - Mind ending at 03:12:346? It suits better than the current ending point.
[Remember]
  1. 01:00:596 (2) - Consider placing this at where 01:00:096 (7) is. I think a long note using a zigzag will fit the song better than a static stack.
  2. 01:20:846 - I guess a Finish here too would sound nice along with 01:20:346. If you concern with finish spams, I'd like to say 01:19:846 wasn't a nice spot for it. Same opinion for 02:22:846.
  3. 02:02:596 (2,3) - Consider ctrl+G. Similar suggestion to construct a zigzag.
