imo, this is more like an Insane.
This diff is too long.
Also the map feels very repetitive, plus you keep repeating the same patterns over, and over, and over again.
15m Max score, your diff is barely passable although i doubt it's even passable by ranking standards, try to shorten it so you have less max score.
00:04:701 (4,5,6,7) - I recommend you follow your current spacing on (4) then make it into a NC and rotate that pattern a bit so that they dont go Out of bounds.

try to shorten it so you have less max score i've mentioned to map the whole song on that difficulty, so i'm not gonna shorten it ;)

If you are not going to shorten Hard, then at least map the whole song on the other diffs first before asking me to remod, since one of the things i like to see in songs is that all the diffs are the same length

Make sure the kiai time is the same on every difficulty (look at the end of Normal, then Hard and Insane)
Go through and check all inherited timing sections, they don't look like they are all needed

There are a bunch of the spinners that should be moved to the red ticks like the other diffs.
Otherwise seems fine.
