Hey, I want to say these all are only suggestions since I'm not experienced and just wanted to help finding you need mod on irc.


Generally:
add "(TV Size)" in the title.

Shinpachi:
00:03:300 (3), 00:05:996 (3), 00:08:693 (3) - I'd like to see those as sliders. It's just a suggestion though.
00:22:513 (1) - delete new combo
00:23:187 (2) - add new combo
00:36:670 (x), 00:42:064 (x) - I feel like playing spinners here. On the other hand, it may be too hard for easy
01:17:794 (1) - I'd move this spinner to 01:18:805 (1), then:
01:17:794 (2) - add a note
01:18:468 (3) - add a note
but it may be too hard for an easy difficulty too


Kagura:
01:00:434 (1) - this spinner feels a little random

Gintoki:
00:16:108 (5) - 1 grid up to make parrel with 4

Maybe set lead-in time to 1 second? There's a little bit of song in the front so it's not going to hurt much.
Turn off countdown since it's not being used.

00:45:771 (2) - The endpoints purposefully not aligned?
00:49:479 (2) - A soft finish would be nice on the start of this slider.

01:04:985 (3) - This up a grid? You'll have to adjust the later combo too if you do these

00:14:086 (7) - Well, you had mentioned that you wanted to go with the lyrics, so I figured for this difficulty it's easier to justify adding in the extra beats of the voice being held out. Sliders would help emphasize these well.

01:00:434 (1) - Yeah, you had mentioned that you didn't like it, but I'll just reiterate it. Don't really like this spinner.

Don't use pure white combo colours, it hurt the eyes, especially during kiai time and this BG, use purple instead ?
Also, the kiai time is not the same in all diffs

I understand why you are using 1, since i've used it before, however 1 shouldn't be used as a tag, remember that in this setup opening and 1 are different and separate tags, so i recommend you remove 1 from tags.
Slider tick rate 2 sounds better to me
Maybe use combo re-ordering so white combo color never appears during kiai mode? or remove kiai and leave just the fountains, since you dont want to remove white combo color
