The reason I use the Arranger for artist is cuz...
I'm mapping to the music they arranged, not the circle they came from, or who's singing.
EastNewSound is the circle, there are at least... 4 different arrangers...
There are times a circle release songs that aren't from their arrangers, does that mean its still that circle as the artist? (example - http://osu.ppy.sh/s/21454 < the song is from a ENS album, but the arranger is a guest from another circle)

@_@ I think its just personal choice... like using vocalist as artist

Well, vocalist is always almost usually used as "Artist' unless stated otherwise.

In any case. I think Gabi is right.
It should be "EastNewSound" What am I saying lol. Eh, anyway Gabi is correct, etc
