pro-tip: Akita Neru's voicebank is not an official voicebank (though Crypton "adopted" her as an official character), it can be achieved my either modifying Rin's voicebank (Akita Neru act. 02) or Miku's voicebank (Akita Neru act. 01). By hearing this song, I'd say owataP used miku's voicebank, so maybe add Hatsune Miku to tags :P
Don't kudosu this, and I'm still sorry I had to give up on that diff :<!!!! I'll mod it when it's done though
