It's a pattern! And an easy one to remember! Like, claps will sound good at every time with 900 ms.

1:17:400 (3,4) - Move them one grid right.
1:45:900 (4) - One grid left.
2:06:400 (7) - Maybe move this so it doesn't get overlapped by 6?

But, I must say, your combos might be too long. Try changing combo every 6-7 circles. Perhaps you could follow a different pattern for the combo change, but I won't suggest any, 'cause I'm not too inspired today. Just keep it in mind.

First. I really but really recommend you to change the bg. I mean, look at these:

I mean, for players like me, i really relate a map with it's background. So changing it would really help your map to differenciate it from the others. I know that they are not exactly the same but... >_>

Timing:

Use offset of 422, that's what i got. At least it's better than the one you have. BPM seems to be fine.

I'm only doing a quick mod cause i'm not a fan of this song, and it's kinda too long.

Groove:

I'm really against those senseless streams. And most of them are hard to see. I mean, look at 01:29:525 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) -
And the sliders could use some work to make them look better, as well as some of the patterns. They are not bad, but could be a bit better so it can pass my quality requirements.

Overall, I suggest lowering the play time to about 3 minutes or less. I really wouldn't want to play (or mod) something that long (frequently). You should add more hitsounds and make your easier difficulties look nicer.
