im sorry i couldnt help with your BPM issue.

its only slightly off(your bpms)

but the offset.

for all non inherited timing sections, subtract 23 ms.

Are you sure it's ok to use them? Have you asked in #modhelp?

[Easy]
00:30:183 (1) - finish? You use finish with the similar pattern later in the song.
00:44:806 - this timing section feels a bit off. Lyrics go first, then goes the beat (use 25% and you will notice easier)

[Normal]
00:44:806 - same problem as in Easy. It's probably the same with all diffs.

[Hard]
01:22:866 (2) - try moving this to 01:22:789 . May sound better.

[Insane]
01:22:866 (2) - same as in Hard.

Timing feels a little of in some parts but is already hard get something better =/

yes the timing might need some fine tuning, so it'll really help if anyone can say which part seems a little off :D

Easy:

00:00:919 (1,2,1) – Add clap at the end of the sliders?
00:30:183 (1) – Remove finish.
00:32:029 (1) – Remove new combo.
00:59:558 (1) – Remove finish.
01:24:171 (1,2,1) – Add clap at the end of the sliders?

Normal:

00:25:875 (1) – Remove clap from start and put it at the end?
00:45:712 (1) – Remove clap from start?
00:52:753 (1) – Shouldn’t this be in soft? (Move your inheriting section back =P)
01:15:136 (1) – Remove clap from start?

Hard:

00:29:567 (1,2,3,4) – Looks weird in game, space it out more?
00:48:467 (3,4,5) – The overlaps look bad here, space it out?
00:50:304 (1,2) - ^

Insane:

I'm tired of trying to fix this timing, so I'll just share what I found:
Average BPM vs your BPM
I tapped out the timing on half time (blue lines), then took the average of the 20 nearest points and mapped it (pink lines), then brought in your timing sections (yellow lines). It's by no means a perfect approximation, and I certainly messed up in the tapping in some places, but they average out pretty well.
I think it's too slow at:
15s
45s
75s
And too fast at:
55s
85s

If anything this chart tells me where the bpm changes are, roughly:
0s, 15s, 21s, 33s, 50s, 55s, 70s-80s is a gradual slowdown, 88s

I don't know if it will help at all.

As you tweak the bpms, try to get them to get to hit on the next bpm section as well:
01:14:218 - is way off from the previous note.

[insane]
01:03:669 (6) - remove note

timing issues are too much for me to star, sorry.

BTW, what software did you use on that?
