Timing feels good to me. But there are many things you need to tweak in this.

00:08:36 (4,5,6) - Did you want to add one more 1/4 beat at the end so it would go with the music, or were you saving that for a harder level? Same thing at the other places where this happens.
00:11:74 (2) - A bit farther away from 1. It looks like you're using 0.8 distance snapping, so that's what I'm going with.
00:13:14 (6) - Sounds better 1/4 beat back. Then distance snap accordingly.
00:16:17 (5) - Farther away from 4.
00:22:70 (3) - Should be a bit closer to 2, but I think it's fine right there.
00:26:43 (3) - I'd say either put this under the 2, or move it farther away from 2. Don't leave it there though.
00:32:38 (9) - Farther from 8.
00:32:61 (10) - A bit farther from 9.
00:36:11 (3) - Farther from 2.
00:37:86 (2) - Farther from 1.
00:39:14 (4) - Closer to 3.
00:39:38 (5) - Farther from 4.
00:39:73 (7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15) - Want to add 1 more 1/4 beat at the end?
00:41:24 (1) - Closer to 15.
00:42:76 (4,5,6) - Sounds a bit weird to me. Try shifting these beats 1/4 beat forward.
00:45:09 (2) - Farther from 1.
00:46:38 (1) - Closer to 4.
00:46:61 (2) - Farther from 1.
00:47:89 (5) - Farther from 4.
00:49:41 (4) - Closer to 3.
00:50:69 (8) - Farther from 7.
00:51:27 (10) - Closer to 9.
00:51:62 (11) - Farther from 10.
00:52:21 (1) - Closer to 12.

Overall, a pretty good map for a classic tune! The main issue though is the spacings. I suggest once you make the corrections above that you go back and make sure all the beats are snapped properly according to their distance on the timeline. Make sure distance snap is on and just move the note around. You'll see what I mean. ;)

Yeah it was quite late when i was making this so i was making lots of mistakes.

This is coming along really well. Much better job with spacing. I found a few more nitpicks though.

Hard:

Break at around 28:02 - This isn't necessary since the break's so short. Remove it. :P
00:36:35 (4) - make this last 1/4 beat longer. Distance snap accordingly.
00:39:73 (7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16) - Suggestion: you might want to do something else with this and save the stack for the 2nd time you do this at 43:46. 1/4 sliders may be good.
00:54:07 (1,2) - don't have these under the slider, otherwise people can't tell if it's a beat or another slider.

Other than that, there are several places where it seems you just placed beats randomly. It would kinda be better if you followed curves/straight lines with your beats. It'd be more pleasing to look at. :)

Here are some examples:

00:09:87 (11) - line it up with 8,9,and 10.
00:13:26 (8) - line it up with 7.
00:34:83 (1) - Shift a little to the left so it lines up better with the slider.
00:46:96 (3) - line up with 1 and 2.
00:57:80 (1,2,3,4) - line all this up.

Also, you need to add whistle/finish sounds to your beats. It'll really spice it up!

Timing was a bit off. Use 128.5 with 7445 offset. Resnap on a 1/4th and im pretty sure everything will turn out fine.

Easy can get a big confusing at times, guessing when to hit the circles or not. Places such as 00:33:66 (1,2,3,4) can get a bit confusing.

IMO bump easy up to normal and try to fix up some confusing spots, try to use 1/2 snapping for the most part to keep confusion to a minimum. Also since this is such a short song I think making a easy (very easy) map would work well. It could be a very nice, familiar easy map for beginners.

Starring, though. Good job.

00:49:79 (1) - If that's following the low part there, extend the slider by a 1/2 beat(Additionally, I think all 4 sliders in this combo should extend that far)
00:56:00 - Place a beat here if you want consistency with the last spinner


Easy:

00:33:82 (2,3) - Move forward 1/4 beat. Shorten slider by 1/4 beat.
Spacing and Consistency seem to be missing at times

Hard:

I still don't like that 1st note

Hey I was just talking to Cyclone, and Michiru Yamane didn't compose the soundtrack for Castlevania 1, she worked on later CV titles (Bloodlines was her first, and I believe she's the current lead composer for the new ds games). The composer you're looking for is Kinuyo Yamashita.

The spacing is fine. It's a nice map! All you need is approval from a BAT member now, it would seem.
