00:03:145 - maybe add a note here to catch this sound and set up polarity for the upcoming notes? The notes playing at 00:03:488 (1,2) - are pretty random to start with so the 3/2 is a bit hard to read here.
00:10:859 (1) - the 1.20 seems like a bit too much. 1.0 would probably be the max I'd suggest using. the speed changes in this already feel a little strange since there's nothing really to differentiate 00:10:174 (1,1) - apart and 00:10:859 (1) - just feels too fast.
00:33:659 (2,3) - almost feel like these should be swapped. There's no real sound supporting the click at 00:33:831 - Much like how you did at 00:36:231 (1,2) -
01:09:145 - try placing a circle here halfway between the previous and the upcoming. To me this break feels a bit too long for something that was just so active. Having that extra note to click will definitely help.

Insane:
01:03:659 (1,2,3,4) - personally I think you should use these as 1/2 sliders here since the sudden 3/4 rhythm is easy to mistake after all that furious 1/2 circle clicking.
oh not finished.. oh well.

Iron:
01:11:031 (3,4,5) - maybe 1/6 here as well? the vocals kinda stand out still.

Yea. I completely agree with that point on the Insane. I want to keep the circle spam though so I remade the pattern and drastically increased the spacing of the 3/4 circles so the rhythm is more clear. I think it should still be doable for this level though.

Iron, I think snapping it as 1/4 is better, i'll try and emphasize it with hitsounds, or redo the pattern if others also think 1/6 works better here.

I usually do that if the kicksliders before are all facing opposite directions of their flow, which is what happens here

00:11:374 (1) - I hate to say it, but I think it's better to remove this too xP. There's only 500 ms of recovery time, and the (general) rule of thumb that was established during the spinner recovery discussion thing was ~1500 for Easy, ~750 for Normal, ~ 375 for Hard. So this would fall more under Hard than Normal. Also the circle isn't really that close to the center of the screen.
