wish you would pay more attention to how objects can compliment each other visually:( the way you're mapping now is acceptable, but still not something mappers would consider great. making a cool map will take more than placing objects wherever it ~flows~
showing a clear image of "these are the concepts my map uses" is the best way to start improving that. im sure you already know some concepts that you use in your current mapping (which could benefit from more strictness), so hopefully that isn't too vague
that's more something to do with future maps tho

And also yeah, the rythmn in this normal are pretty easy compared to other normal you can usually see.

Okay so for this CS lower on the insane, I think it's okay since the insane is really easy in the paterning, the only hard thing is the low CS, and I really wanted to make a low CS insane tbh..

00:17:299 (5,1) - Whenever there's a full break between notes between a circle and a slider, the spacing between the two varies throughout your map and I wanted to know if this was intentional. Like here you stack them, but then at 00:23:461 (3,1) - there's like a small gap, then 00:31:245 (4,1) - there's a mroe noticeable gap

the gap size seems to be random and I'd take a look at making those more consistent or w/e. Or not i guess I don't really know how intentional or not it is.

Other than that, map looks good.
