00:28:740 (1) - Don't extend spinner until the next stanza, shorthen this by 1/1 or 1/2, and add a note in 00:30:151.
00:30:196 (T) - Make sure the note in 00:30:151 can get effect of SV x0.7. (For example, by moving this timing section to 00:30:063.)
00:31:093 (1) - Not here, move this to 00:31:210.
00:33:328 (3) - Remove this one.
00:36:857 (8) - Big note.
01:06:857 (190~201) - 'D ddd D ddd ddd' or 'D ddd D ddddddd'?
01:23:799 (283) - Not that significant beat for big note, I guess.
01:37:916~01:49:034 - Use more big notes here. For example, 01:37:916 (367~377) --> D ddd D ddd D d D.
01:59:799 (1) - Short spinners are not that good for ending the map, I think. Maybe just a big note or a drum roll would be better?

That's all. I see lots of improvement.

Maybe use some custom colours? But actually it's good as it is

01:18:769 (4) - Maybe move this to 01:18:681? Imo it doesn't sound good right now
01:23:004 (11) - Same here

01:48:857 (3,1) - Felt like the spacing should be bigger here.
Moving 01:47:799 (1,2,3) - to the right and upper is not hard I think

this is just a comment but hp drain is waaay to high suggesting 3 or more ticks down
