it is really hard to get right timing,i can`t really tell if other parts are right

Maybe DR +1, OD +1?
00:41:740 (3,1,2) - Spacing is inconsistent between these. If you reverse slider (2) it plays alright though.
01:55:898 (1) - I'd move this up a bit so it snaps to the grid. The overlapping is a bit ugly.
03:09:700 (1) - Move this down just a tiiinnnyy bit so it doesn't overlap.
03:14:631 (1) - Move this up a bit for the same reason.
