First off, it seems that something went wrong with uploading your map, so please try another full upload. I renamed the old mapset, updated, and was able to see that you at least fixed the old offset, but here's my previous mod again anyway for reference:

[General]
*Offset was noticably late. Try -12. (Fixed already I think)
*Mia Mont - Lolah (Gonzvlo).osb: Not sure why this is here?
*Using BG.jpg for the song selection screen and map thumbnail really isn't the best idea. Something more appropriate should have been used for the thumbnail; remember that you can always fade the image out before the map begins.
*Spinner elements: Not sure why "spin" has an exclamation mark while clear/osu don't, but that's a vey minor thing, of course.
*No preview point was set. >.>;;
*Tags: Gonzvlo and Gonz aren't needed since it's his map; Erufen, Kenezz, and Vicho aren't needed since searching any of those in would yield the full name tag. (Obviously switch out Erufen with Gonz since the map creator changed)
*Expected a spinner at the end of each difficulty that fades out into silence, but that's just what I would have done. P:
*SB isn't correct at the beginning. The moon bg is shown for a split second and then jumps to the full black bg.
*The rest of the storyboard was amazing, and really fit the mood of the song. However, my one complaint is that the breaks felt a bit empty. I wish that there had been more visual interaction during those to keep the player interested.
*The skin was a bit bright (and I can see many people removing it before playing), but overall I thought it was nice.
*I like the cursor, but it's a bit too bright and just turns into a ball of white during most of the song; especially during kiai when all of the flashy lighting effects appear.
*Combo colors 1 and 3 were pretty identical... I would have liked to seen them a bit more distinct from each other.

03:18:421 (6,1,2) - spacing is incorrect

00:32:697 (1) - red tick was a bit unexpected. Maybe changing 00:32:077 (3,1) to a slider would have worked better.
00:42:008 (1,2,3) - I really don't like the large jumpy spacing here. It's the only time I see it in the diff, which really isn't consistent overall.

00:49:870 (3,4,1) - why overlap one and not the other? o.o;
01:58:766 (3,4,1) - try to avoid stacking notes like this; it can be a bit confusing
03:27:525 (1) - comes a bit early after the last spinner... maybe shorten the spinner by 1/2?

[Hard]
*1.2x and 1.35x speed changes felt awkward since they were only used in the second chorus.
00:34:559 (8,1,2,3) - I read this fine, but the distance spacing is really incorrect.
00:37:663 (2) - ffffffff those unsymmetrical sliderticks
01:13:042 - expected a note here and missed :/
02:50:283 (1,2,3,4,1) - a bit confusing to read because of the stacking (the mass of overlapping stacked notes is too much)
03:03:939 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,1) - Easy to play, but the stack leniency makes this look a bit odd.

I'd definitely like to remod this eventually, so remember to call me back after you get more mods!

Yeah, i have already applied ~60-80% of your suggestions (the ones that i could change without a problem, some suggestions requires too much changes from the mapper's part, and i dont want to touch that)

And hmm... i wonder why im getting so new submit errors lately...

Well, there have been some issues beyond peppy's control causing a lot of disconnections in the past couple of days, so that could be the likely reason. Anyway, good luck!

Recalculate Sliders' Lenghts, some of them are not snapped correctly with ticks (due to an old BPM change or slidertick rate, etc) [To make it automatically: Timing > Recalculate Slider Lenghts]

Nothing of really confusing/unrankable to complain, maybe just the different rhythm that you followed in your collab [Gonzvlo is trying to follow vocal voice, Astom the instrumental one and Kenezz a 1/1 rhythm) and an ugly overlap during a part's change, which is: 00:25:858 (3,1) [could be fixed extremely with a vertical flip of gonzvlo's part] oh plus 02:12:616 (1) - this part seems force, I mean its spacing is forced in order to don't overlap the hitcircle with these hitobjects 02:14:271 (1,2)
03:30:203 (x) - I expected a circle here, stack it with the last slider' start?
02:19:237 (1,3) - I'd add a whistle at the start if I were you

02:50:271 (1,2,3,4,1) - Quite confusing stack. and I'd remove this triplette, it dones't follow nothing of relevant (plus it'd make the pattern easier to understand)
02:51:306 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - What is this supposed to be? XD (7)'s spacing ruins the pattern, in my opinion. At least you can add a little jump to (2) in order to make a regular hexagon
03:30:409 (1) - I expected a soft finish, like 03:29:168 (1) -

Okay, So I guess I'll be the one doing the mods for now, as for the collabers, if there's anything that you're against with what i have done, just tell me, and ill revert it.

00:36:203 (2) hmm Tal vez podrías hacer este slider más simétrico. Seleccionalo y haz Flip Horizontal para ver.
00:41:168 (3) Si fijaras el punto medio de este slider un poco más abajo se vería mucho mejor.
00:52:754 (5) Las notas apiladas bajo los slider son dificiles de leer para los nuevos jugadores, te recomiendo sacarla de ahí.
01:37:444 (1) Este slider se ve mal, podrías hacerlo más simétrico. Al igual que este 01:44:065 (1)
02:39:513 (1,2) Tal vez apilar las notas así haga que los principiantes se confundan, considerando la separación de las notas apiladas anteriores y las siguientes.
03:06:823 (2) ¿Puedes subir un poco este slider? La verdad al jugar no sale de la pantalla pero queda justo en el límite.

Also, I know the dimensions are 1023x692 in the template skin, but when you do that, you get a 1 pixel black bar on the right side which goes away if you make it 1024x692.
sliderb has... green in it? If you want to make it brighter, just brighten the whole thing and/or just the green channel. Trying to change the hue only leads to problems. Alternately, I can do it for you if you let me know the 2 colors you want (I made the sliderb for this map). 3 colors would be a lot harder, but I could probably do it.
