@For anyone wondering why I chose those BGs: Dilma and Lula are big friends and they even consider each other a "family" as mentioned by Lula on a phone call with Dilma: "Tchau, querida." while "querida" is an adjective that emphasizes their relation. Dilma and Lula are both brazilians and the song is, indeed, brazilian. So, why not use the greatest brazilian personalities of what a family should be?

About the cat and boy in the rain: they're emphasizing the care they have to each other, and that they're more than friends. They're a family, and family shouldn't be just made of human beings, mother, father, and whatever you think. Any animal could be part of your family as well, so I think this background would be the perfect representation of what I am thinking right now.

Regarding the sliders over multiple red lines in the lower diff please refer to these instructions by cmn:

The only method I know is to recalculate the length of slider and use a new time line with different slider speed to modify the slider crossing two BPMs.
You need to edit the osu file

for example
01:33:092 (3) , end at 1:35:169
BPM 200
slider length 2:077
however, the slider is 7 beats, for bpm 200, its length should be 7 * (60000/200) =2100
so, we need to add a green timeline 2100/2077 = 1.0110736639383726528647087144921x
when the value is over 1, you should use negative sign, and the value is 1/1.0110736639383726528647087144921 = 0.98904761904761904761904761904758
