Found some minor problems :

Insane :

00:34:131 (1) - Breaks the flow, perhaps try to make it like 00:34:654 (2) - and flip it so it gets simmetrically and will not break the flow that hard
00:48:084 (7,8,9,10,11,12,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4) - too abrupt, specially at 00:48:520 (12,1,2) - and 00:49:044 (6,1) -
01:22:183 (8,1) - Same here, the stream suddenly gets more aim-need for no audible reason

Also Kiai time is like 30 seconds out of 1:30 for the song, that's 1/3 of it on Kiai, I don't know if its abuse or fine but watch it

Evanescent-Extra :

00:56:108 (2,3,1) - This didn't feel good while playing, might be intentional .... but 1st flows badly and 2nd is like a free miss/sliderbreak for no reason
01:17:387 (1) - From here to the end of the song jumps are too much spaced in comparison with the rest of the song, while the audio or vocals doesn't go with it, same for the ending stream, looks like you forced it to raise star rating for the song.
01:18:433 (1,2,1) - want to break my hand :<
01:19:131 (2,3,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - Spacing between all this notes looks totally random, from a 3.x I saw as a maxium till a 1.x minimum
01:23:055 (2,3,4,1,2) - Overlaps a lot, its 5* Extra not FOUR DIMENSIONS 6-7*
EDIT : 00:56:282 (3) - This one is really a tricky one, if instead of pointinig to the right side would point to the left, heading towards the next slider, wouldn't give a free miss just because of the slider leniency.
Also opposed as Insane diff, no Kiai time at all.
EDIT2: Also played the last part without much struggle but that's because I have been watching in editor and I know somewhat what's coming, a rollercoaster, and felt just like that. ITS NOT BAD but I really suggest you have a look at some of the spacings perhaps, and definitelly to the stream part where it overlaps.
