Hey there Apricot!
Green stuff is some minor nazi things, usually cosmetic stuff about the patterns or sliders.

[General]:
  1. Timing: To play this map comfortably I had to add +10ms local. I still had some slightly late, but that's normal in a way. I suggest you try offset 1076 (+10ms).
[Insane]:
  1. 01:24:360 (1) - I think a whistle would be more fitting than a finish here. The finish sound doesn't have an immediate impact, but it leaves a nice sound after a while, I just can't see this note with anything other than a whistle though. That's just what I think atleast, it's only a suggestion.
  2. 01:33:360 (2,3,4,5) - I really HATE to be nazi, but since the mapset is so flawless, for these, swap to grid level 4 and move them 1 grid right. This will make the pattern look perfect. The star still won't be a perfect star, but it doesn't have to be, its symmetrical, plays good and looks damn nice!
  3. 01:35:301 (5) - You could shape this slider a little better. Look here.
[Hard]:
  1. 00:04:595 (6) - Make this slider look like this?
    Here's the code if you can't do it yourself (slightly improved on grid4 though).

  4. 01:42:713 (1,2,3) - Fix the spacing a little, so they are distanced from each other the same. Best way to do this is to move the endpoint of the slider 01:42:713 (1) by 1 grid to the right.
  5. 02:04:595 (5,1) - This spacing is too misleading. You need to distance the other sakura pattern further away. Such spacing is really confusing and is hard to read. If you can't distance it further, I suggest to put 1 where 3 is currently, and go from there somehow. You could also fix the pattern a little so it looks better, but that's up to you.
[Normal]:
  1. HPdrain -1.
  2. 01:18:360 (2,3) - You should increase spacing between these, it could be slightly confusing. Best way would probably be to move the slider a bit further down.
  3. 01:36:360 (1) - Remove this new combo, it makes your combos look better if you do.
  4. 01:38:477 (5) - New combo and remove new combo from 01:39:536 (1).
  5. 01:55:065 (6) - Whistle?
  6. 02:09:183 (2,3) - Same thing, you need to increase the spacing between these.
That's about it!
You could probably make some sliders more pretty in your hard diff, lots of them looked slightly weird. I didn't want to fix all of them, instead I just provided 2 of the fixes, and maybe you can try to fix them yourself, it's pretty fun to do so! Try grid4 if you can't shape them properly with grid3 btw.

All in all, I was really amazed how well this map plays. I am not a fan of replacing the default hitnormal, however this worked really nicely and was really enjoyable.
Just remember, try to fix the sliders if you can, when you fix the above and apply the suggestions you want, call me back once more.
Meanwhile, it looks like I lost some kudosu...
