- Timing:

You honestly did a good job on that and is perfectly playable, but I'm annoying by nature so here are some minor corrections:

00:00:000 to 01:28:309 - Reduce offset to 766
01:28:297 to 01:50:867 - " " 88279
01:50:880 to 03:12:762 - " " 110880
03:14:235 to 03:15:725 - " " 194225
03:17:283 to 03:18:879 - " " 197279
03:18:873 to 03:20:528 - " " 198872
03:20:518 to 03:21:375 - " " 200518
03:21:375 to 03:22:476 - " " 201390
03:22:483 to 03:24:483 - " " 204485
03:24:483 to 03:25:524 - " " 204474 (add timing section at 03:25:524)
03:25:524 to 03:26:560 - " " 204481
03:26:580 to 03:28:216 - " " 206580
03:28:216 to 03:29:129 - " " 208229

Be careful next time to put timing sections at correct times (if a note is played at xx:xx:453 don't put the timing section at xx:xx:460). It quickly becomes a mess if you want to adjust keys afterwards. :o

- Patterns:

As previously said in pm's, a map should reflect the song, so an advice would be to always represent the dominant instrument, and of course, it can change throughout the song.
For instance, if the song brings out a piano, you will want to place the keys as you would play them on a piano (the highest note to the right and the lowest
to the left).
If you want to represent the percussions, play with patterns to match the percussive sheet.
If you chose to represent the strings, you will want to use lots of sliders, unless the notes are pizzicati.
etc...

In addition, if you hear a power chord (usually multiple notes played at the same time) you should always emphasize it by placing multiple mania keys.
Emphasis is key.

Indeed, putting multiple keys at the start would be too sudden, so you can put the keys to emphasize at the edges of the mapping board instead (the "d" and "k" keys with default layout)

Be careful not to overmap though. There were parts in your map that emphasized unnecessary notes.

Here are some examples from your map to illustrate what the fuck I just said:

00:27:060 (27060|0,27236|1,27236|2) - Having 3 keys here is too much. Delete one of them.
00:29:001 (29001|0,29001|3) - Lacks intensity. Add one note.
00:37:471 (37471|2,37471|1,37471|3) - Good. Cello + contrabass = impulse.

Random stuff:

00:48:413 (48413|3) - Oops, what happened there? Seems like you just invented a note. That slider should start one note earlier!
01:01:295 (61295|3) - The slider should end earlier.
01:02:707 (62707|2) - That slider is one note too early. Plus, if you follow the synth, you should emphasize it there.
00:57:236 (57236|2,57236|1,57413|1,57413|2,57942|1,57942|2,58118|1,58118|2) - A bit boring. Try this: |se,f,x,k|d,x,j,x|x,x,x,x|d,x,j,x|x,f,x,k|
01:04:295 to 01:05:707 - Repetitive while other instruments are added in -> try this: |x,x,se,k|d,f,x,x|x,x,j,k|d,f,x,x|x,f,j,x|d,x,x,k|x,f,j,x|d,x,x,k|d,f,j,k|
01:17:354 - The part after this keyframe follows the percussions or the horns? If you're trying to follow the horns, you should add sliders for the long notes.
> 01:26:530 (86530|2,86530|1) - ? It's the most impulsive note of the phrase and you chose sliders?
01:27:060 (87060|1,87060|3,87060|0,87236|2,87413|1,87413|3,87589|0,87589|2,87765|1) - Stop inventing notes :?
01:27:942 (87942|3,88030|2,88118|1,88207|0,88305|3) - Fits the break well. Nice. Should start slightly sooner though!
01:50:867 - Short sliders galore! Replace these simple keys!
02:06:409 (126409|0,126409|3,126762|1) - ? Don't switch from strings to percussions in the middle of a phrase like that. Makes no sense.
02:12:056 (132056|2,132938|3) - First slider should end earlier and second start earlier.
02:14:615 (134615|3,134703|2,134791|1,134880|0) - Sorry but I hear 3 notes at max.
02:16:291 (136291|3,137703|2,137703|1,137703|0,138409|2,138409|1,138409|3,139115|3,139115|2) - Eh
03:12:232 (192232|3,192321|2,192409|1,192497|0,192585|3,192674|2) - Irrelevant.
03:32:997 (212997|0,212997|1,212997|3) - http://puu.sh/wMnFx/39f187e5e1.PNG Change these notes like that using 1/16. Sexy.

So these were some of the main points that got caught in the corner of my eye from the first play. A lot of them can be applied to many other points of your map so this is far from everything.

Work on it and get experience, that's how you'll improve.

Best of luck :)
