From My Angelsim's Insane:
General: I think every note has the clap hitsound on it. Why?
00:40:599 (1,2,3) - Shift these 1/16 beat forward so they line up with the vocals

01:01:099 (8) - Add another note 1/16 before this or make it the end of a 1/16 slider, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense after the jump star and that would make that transition into the syncopated rhythm much smoother.

01:01:099 (8,9,10) - Either make these all stacked or none, having 10 way out there despite being the same timing makes it hard to read, especially after coming out of that star :)

01:13:599 (2,3,4) - This is the only time in the map that this rhythm isn't three stacked notes like 01:23:266 (1,2,3) - , 00:42:933 (3,4,5) - etc. Is there a reason you didn't stack these?

01:34:099 (7,8) - Remove the clap hitsound from these, at least, they are very loud with the song fading out.

I think the timing start at 8001
why is it named Medium but not Normal?
the preview point on Hard should be 01:02:766 - like medium and My Angelsim's Insane

00:28:266 (9) - I think it fit a new combo
00:36:433 (2) - this seem to be placed random
00:36:667 (3) - the slider should end here 00:37:001 -
00:40:854 - A circle fit in
00:45:205 - A circle fit in
00:52:667 (4) - this seem A bit overmapet
00:52:933 - and 00:53:266 - sliders fit more in
00:54:099 (2) - this seem A bit overmapet

My Angelsim's Insane:
00:12:167 (3,3,3) - A bit overmapping
00:37:167 (3) this seem A bit overmapet
