Ok, try this:

BPM: 118
Add a timing section at 131,401, select all the notes to the right of the last break and nudge them to the left so that the slider begins on the red tick. That sounds a lot better than it did.

Edit: Oh, and resnap, but you probably knew that.

The best I could come up with is a BPM of 118.018 and offset of 1,283 - just the one timing section.

On [Hard]:

01:02:53 - 01:04:11 those sliders seem to be off; consider hitcircles instead ? Or perhaps change the sliders to better go with the song.

That's the only issue I see.

No problems with [Easy] or [Normal].

Consider an [Insane]. I recommend Rolled. Hope he doesn't hate me for nominating him.

01:05:59 (7) - extend by 1/4
01:34:31 (2) - should be cp+flipped from 1
02:11:05 (3) - 1/4 later
02:49:56 (1) - should be cp+rot180'd from 2

Hard:
00:19:71 (8,9) - beatsnap divisor to 1/6, 8 at 19.754, 9 at 20.178
00:28:86 (4) - bothers me slightly, mainly because the word "on" comes at 29.244 but it's overlookable i guess
00:32:54 (5) - 1/4 later
00:43:73 (8) - 1/4 later
02:04:31 (3,4,5,6,7) - 1/4 later, slider shorten by 1/4
02:10:67 (1) - extend by 1/4

Also, possibly offset at 1270-1275 instead (I didn't listen through the whole thing though, so it could be wrong), but make sure you fix the ones where i give timings first or else they'll be off
