Hard: No problems

Insane:

00:57:68 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - That isn't the melody. >>
01:11:16 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Neither is this.

Neither of the above are wrong really, just pointing it out in case it wasn't your intention.

Overall, very nice. Fix the offset and I'll bubble.

Edit: Though you may want to add an easy difficulty, since the star ratings are a bit high.

I say revert to old offset. (+20ms)(5,454ms)

Normal:
01:26:08 (1) - re-snap beginning to 1/2 beat

Hard:
01:24:81 (1,1,1,1,1) - needs some re-snapping to time line, may want to do something about that sound change

Also, I think an Easy Difficulty is necessary for this beatmap.

Sry for delay.. but here it is. (I didn't take your hit sounds 'cuz then it will get to similair at maps, I want diffrences 'cuz that looks nice imo)
But anyways.. I changed some hitsound and changed the speakin' part mapped thingy to a spinner.
