Clarification in Beatmap Nominator Evaluations

Hello,

As many of you have observed already, the membership of Beatmap Nominators is based over two stages.
Probation:
  1. Used to monitor new Beatmap Nominators closely;
  2. Used as a warning or a last chance for full Beatmap Nominators;
  3. Limited to nominate maps only with the help of a full member.
Full:
  1. Nominators who received positive feedback from their probation evaluation;
  2. There are no limitations regarding nominations with other nominators.

However, after some observation, we would like to clarify some things concerning the probation system.
  1. A nominator can't be put on probation twice for the same issue. Which means if a nominator shows the same issue for the second time, they will be kicked.
  2. A nominator that show a clear lack of nomination quality during probation will be kicked, since the chance they will improve noticeably during their extended probation is minimal. This is defined with nomination resets and disqualifications;
  3. An extension can happen when there is not enough modding or nominations for the Quality Assurance Team to judge;
  4. Probation extensions are treated the same as putting a Nominator on probation;
  5. Nominators with low activity will not be demoted to probation. However, they will receive a warning, and if they fail to be more active on the upcoming month, their membership will be terminated.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to send me or any member of the Quality Assurance Team a private message!

Have fun!
