Being a mapper myself, I have experienced osu!editor crash while I was mapping a lot of time and it is very frustrating, especially when you are working with tons of SV. What I'm suggesting here is that it would be nice to have an option for the editor to autosave your work every once in a while while you are mapping. It can be disabled if the mapper doesn't want to have it on.
