Goddamnit is that long. I don't know but I'd like to have this shorter... Don't do it, since I could be wrong, do it when a BAT says it.

Overall good but why is the .mp3 named Stepping Wind? Is that the actual name of the song?

01:23:701(1) - Make it reverse again.
01:38:335 - Map the small amount of speech right after the slider.

Make the drain slightly easier it goes down slowly even in spinners.
00:01:749(1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) they're not snapped to grid and check the map for the same issue.
Also some beats slightly touch and it's just enough to make beats look closer then what they actually are.
02:51:506 (the two chain combos) - Only by memorization can some1 hit those notes that move back on the red ticks.
Better make it so Anybody who just starts playing the map can see them like either making them stick out or something.
03:13:457 (1) shorten the slider in half then repeat it to mach the Shouting.

I may miss ALOT of stuff usually a BAT can see so check witha BAT.

Some of your combos have inconsistent spacing. Sometimes there is a space inbetween and sometimes there isn't. I kind of think maps should have consistent spacing throughout the combo..

Nothing I could really find wrong with the map... except the overall difficulty on WAHOO! could be lowered by a tick or two.

Before anyone says it's "too long" - oh wait, too late -, it has about the same amount of audio time as

Only 3:09 or so of actually clicking on the beats. The 3 breaks are evenly spread out.

That is all. Now can you please stop saying "shorten", when it's not too long? There are longer maps out there. :P

EDIT: Ah, one thing on Wahoo! difficulty:

03:28:27 (10) - Can't see reverse arrow.

Aside from that, this map has quite a few traps. Then again, it's worth 9.9 mil over a little over 3 minutes of actual playing time (non - break time). Then again, I didn't fall for the traps. :P Only thing that really got me was the reverse arrow above, but...

-Overall Difficulty's fine, after playing it again.

I'm considering WAHOO! an Insane, though, because, well... it feels like one. :P Except that I can pass it, no mods.

-00:17:11 (8) - Make this symmetrical on both sides.
-00:32:84 (5) - Realign the diagonal this is in with 4. Respace 6, 7, and 8 to make them look neat again afterwards.
-03:33:22 (2) - The starting point should have a Finish.
-03:35:41 (7) - Straighten this out.
-03:39:80 (6) - Line up with 4. Then respace the stuff after it.
-03:42:00 (5,6,7,8) - Whistles go here.
-03:47:12 (6) - Whistle goes here.
-03:58:10 (6) - Clean up the middle of this slider (make it more...symmetrical, I guess)

EDIT: Sorry, fell asleep before I could finish modding this before.

-00:12:72 and 00:12:90 - I feel like there should be beats here.
-00:13:82 (3) - Line up in the diagonal previously set by 1 and 2 unless you alter 2 to make this look more like a curve.
-00:27:54 (9) - New Combo mark goes here. I'm not a fan of combos over 16, but that's probably just a personal preference.
-00:29:55 (15) - Line up with 13 and 17.
-00:42:17 (9,10) - Move this over to the left slightly, given the shape you're forming with 11, 12, and 13. Just make sure the space between 10 and 11 is even.
-00:46:56 (3) - Make this shaped like 1, 2, and 4.
-00:51:50 (1,2,3,etc) - First off, make 1 a clicked beat. Then, remove the New Combo mark from it. Make what would have been 2 start 1/2 a beat earlier and make it an Etna slider. Put the New Combo mark on it. Then, remake the pattern so it flows the same way it did before.
-01:01:75 (14,1) - Delete 14, move the spinner back 1/2 a beat and then extend it 1/2 a beat.
-01:35:04 (5) - Line up exactly with 4's starting point.
-02:06:14 (2,3) - Stack exactly on the end of 1's endpoint.
-02:24:61 (6,7,8) - To me, it'd look better if you line up the endpoints of these sliders.
-02:57:35 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - This part just feels awkward to me. As if it'd be better if 2, 4, 6, and 8 were on the endpoints of the slider before it, not the slider after it.
-03:00:28 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - ^
-03:28:82 (11,12,13) - Lower so it's still even and 13 ends up on the starting point of 10.
-03:37:60 (4) - New Combo mark.

Actually, we're looking for the COMPOSER of the song, and through deep searching I found this name. I can't really put up Klonoa as an artist.

From what I saw in IRC, I guess this is long enough to make it qualify for Approved, not Ranked. I'll look at it when I get home.

Seriously? That map is 4:13 and... There are maaaaaaaaaany ranked maps that are even longer.
Kingcobra's Phoenix Wright Compilation even is 5 minutes! Or m-flo - Luvotomy (5:41).
Also, I thought Approved maps would be maps that are way too long. THIS, on the other hand... is 13 seconds above the limit.

I thought the video wasn't synced well based on the parts with the closeup of the character saying "Wahoo!"; the mouth flaps didn't seem to match the song's timing. After struggling with the video offset, it dawned on me...that video wasn't originally paired with the song, was it? Seems like an AMV. The mouth flaps seem to be way too many for two syllables for this video to have originally been made to this song.

Anyway, this seems to be almost ready. Source fields.

Yes, it's an AMV. The compilator of the video wasn't a very good syncer.

All diffs:
Don't put sample/volume changing timing sections DIRECTLY on notes. If you do, it could be that you get the wrong sample when clicking too early. Place those sections 1/4 or 1/2 earlier, as long as you inherit, that's fine.
