offset is 25,720 ish

Could be a bit late, but just work with that for now.
GladiOol
Ima 25.707 (?) Offset.
O yeah and add BG
Sry I need to learn to read more :o
Larto
BG won't be needed for a storyboarded map, Gladi ;D
awp
awpset: 20870, increment by +-5 as you see fit. The drumline is variable, but even if you match up with it perfectly, it's not 100% in sync with the rest of the map, so rather than just time using the timing menu, I tried to sync it up with how it feels in game.

Take it with a grain of salt, though.

This offset I've given sounds late. Something seems to be wrong with my laptop though and I don't feel like rebooting.

Please don't Kudosu this post, since it's of a collaborative nature.

As I've been discussing in the chat, I've worked out a hack to get different cheer sounds for Hard Rock without taking up four additional hitnoise slots like I did in WAF. (Well, 3 there since there was no Yahoo, but you get the point. >.>)

So, here's how it works: Storyboard the first 3 difficulties the usual way, but leave all difficulty-specific storyboarding out of Hard Rock. (HR gets its own .osb, so this will turn out fine.) The HR .osu I'll give you will have the Agents' cheers in it--also okay. Upload the map in this state.

For your local copy, place the folder, "Billy Fogarty - Jumpin' Jack Flash" inside another folder named "Billy Fogarty - Jumpin' Jack Flash". Create another folder called "Billy Fogarty - Jumpin' Jack Flash [Hard ROCK!]" in the parent folder. Move the HR .osu file, along with the .osb file and the files: bg.png, play-skip.png, play-warningarrow.png, section-fail.png, section-pass.png, Billy Fogarty - Jumpin' Jack Flash.mp3, any other skin elements you're using that aren't part of your last upload, and the hitnoises I'm going to give you. (You need 2 copies of the mp3 or things get strange.) Edit the HR .osb and add "..\Billy Fogarty - Jumpin' Jack Flash\" to the beginning of each filename reference. Additionally, all HR-specific storyboarding can go inside the .osb, since it's a different file.

After this, go to the parent folder (also named "Billy Fogarty - Jumpin' Jack Flash") and select the two subfolders. Right click and select "Send To \ Compressed (zipped) Folder" or add them to a .zip by any means of your choosing. Make sure you have Windows set to display file extensions, and replace the .zip file extension with .osz. If being a BAT permits you to upload files to the server directly, go ahead and replace the .osz on the server with this one. Otherwise, ask peppy to do it. :P

Since none of the .osu files have been changed since the BSS upload, the map retains its ranked status. (Well, once it's ranked. :P) Aslo, since HR, thankfully, is only one difficulty, the .osu files don't show any evidence of this folder split, so the map remains well-behaved when subject to a conventional directory structure. The only abnormalities experienced are that the user must delete Hard Rock separately from the other difficulties (leaving an empty folder behind), and in order to place it inside a folder (for use with Group By: Folder), you must move the two separate subfolders into this new folder, removing the parent folder. (Afterwards, everything behaves fine. In fact, the only reason for having the parent folder is because osu! always extracts a .osz into a single new folder.)

As for the hitnoises themselves, I'm still working on them. :P I might have them within the week, but it's a busy week and exams are coming soon, so I can't really be sure.

Edit: Single-mp3 fix:
Don't include a copy of the mp3 in the Hard Rock folder. Instead, edit the Hard Rock .osu file and change AudioFilename to "..\Billy Fogarty - Jumpin' Jack Flash\Billy Fogarty - Jumpin' Jack Flash.mp3". Be CAREFUL, since osu! will remove the path if you re-save the .osu file, so do this after everything and do the ordinary upload using a different difficulty.
