Offset sounds to me like 4425.

01:05:94 (5,1,2) - Spacing is a little tighter between these three sliders. Widen it out a bit more.
02:05:19 (6) - Make this a little further from (7).
02:17:94 (4) - Move out a bit more from (3) and (5).
03:39:82 (1) - End this 1/4 later, sounds cleaner.

03:15:800 - That timing section doesn't quite work imho. Maybe make the soft sample start at the BEGINNING of this line in the lyrics ("AND I will never end up like him...")

Put timing sections hich only change sample or volume a bit BEFORE the notes which should be changed. You know why, I explained often D:

Okay, EEeee gave me the permission to mod this for ranking now. He can't wait until the video comes out.

Shoot, when you moved the Offset around those 2 milliseconds, you accidentally made many timing sections to have the wrong sample. That's a bug and it's not your fault, so no big deal, just make the sections sound right again.
Apart from that, I have no more problems.

Okay, we have minor changes, we have KC's bubble which I didn't real pop, just for some cosmetic stuff and we have those ugly bugs that happened totally by accident and weren't your fault.
