First off, please change the artist. It's SOUL'd OUT.

I think offset is better at 3,116.

Looks good. Max score on S.O.S. is a tad high, but it's long and it's comparatively hard.

00:40:83 (1) - This spinner... I see you have the spinner end coinciding with "ha", which makes sense, but with that and the spinner sounds the "ha" is drowned out entirely, and also the spinner sounds bleed into the break a bit (though I expect that depends a lot on the skin - Ouendan 2 here). Because "ha" here is not just a sound effect, it's part of the lyrics, and because you really want the music to cut off as fast as possible after it to emphasize the silence, the spinner ending so late and noisily ruins it a bit.
Not sure how best to fix it - making the whole thing silent would be a bit drastic, I think? Maybe it could end slightly sooner and have a silent hitcircle on the "ha" instead? Probably both of these are terrible ideas

(Same applies to Easy.)

Also the video offset is off a bit. (The lyrics that appear in the background sometimes aren't perfectly synched.)

About the map,i dont found the wrong like you said, espacially the spinner.
and the vedio, if they still fail the timing, sorry, my computer is poor to play it correctly.
