Life isn't easy. There will be difficult parts. But, you see, they'll either go away, or become easier to cope with. I don't know your life, but it can't possibly be all bad.
Being emotional is okay, but exams really aren't something you 'should die' about. I'm currently doing mine until June. They're quite difficult, they're very stressful, but they'll end.
Try to find positives in everything. Either just the fact it'll end or become easier eventually, or maybe something else going on as a result or, or nearby. That really helps me cope. It'll require thought, but it'll become easier and easier.
