Tablet PC Function Not Working Under OpenGI

I've been experiencing lots of lag lately so I thought I should run the game on OpenGI. When I try playing on Tablet PC, the game does not recognize any clicks from my stylus pen. The mouse cursor still recognizes it but clicks do not work for some reason.

If it helps, I'm playing the game on Vista Ultimate on an HP Touchsmart tx2.

Also, what should I do about the lag?

Options > Force Tablet Support ?
I wouldn't know what much... I don't use tablet :p

Btw it's OpenGL
