Fullscreen Mode Messed Up My Game [Resolved]

Hi I went into my settings and clicked full screen mode and afterwords when i started up Osu! the screen started to bug out and I can barely see my screen but I can manage to get into my settings.After i went into Full screen it said something about me not having enough shaders. Also I have played the game for the last couple days. Not a installation error so you noobs saying its my p.c that can't play it, go somewhere else and post something. Anyone that can help on stopping my screen act funny will be grateful.

PC Specs:
-Laptop-
P4 Core Duo 1.6 ghz
Nvidia GeForce 8600 GTm
2.5 gb ddr2 ram
Windows Xp

Screenshot? What osu! settings are you using? Have you tried toggling framerate limit? It is likely your graphics driver settings, if not.

When I take a screen shot it doesn't show what is happening on my screen. I got white lines going up and down through the screen. The settings I have on right now are ....

Render:OpenGL
Resolution:800x600
Detail Settings: Combo Bursts,Background Video.

(Have you tried toggling framerate limit?) Don't know how too do this.
