The BPM is fine, it's just the offset that should be changed.

The problem was that the start of each measure wasnt synced with the first tick of the metronome.
Please try using these timing settings and resnap your beats. Also, I agree with Behonkiss: it would probably be better to play the vocal part instead of the part before it on Easy and Normal.
I'm wondering, is the end of the song supposed to sound like that? It really seems like the final 'note' is cut off.
