You should probably set the preview point to 01:36:128 instead. Hell, it's a break in the easier difficulties, not exactly the defining point of the song. HP Drain is strangely low across all difficulties, but I suppose it does properly change incrementally. Also, kiai time is 10ms off on all difficulties bar Shiro's, so resnap the starts and ends.

Easy:

00:04:928 (1,1,1,1) - You may as well put these in groups of 2.
00:22:928 (1) - Remove new combo, new combo on the coming object.
00:29:828 (2,4) - Claps where.
01:08:528 (2,1) - That's an enormous jump for an Easy difficulty. Please shorten it significantly.
