Beatmap isn't playable. What you can do is go into your osu folder, then to the Songs folder, afterwards locate the Zun - Hina folder.

Open up ZUN - Hina (sz19951122) [Hard] with Notepad.
You will see
[General]
AudioFilename: 風05：運命のダークサイド.mp3

The AudioFilename shouldn't have foreign letters. So make it into English.
After you made that into English, save changes and name the mp3 file the same thing exactly as the AudioFilename in Notepad.

Then do a full submit.

Strange how there are two of these beatmaps in the Help Forum and both having 518 objects and both non-playable... Hmm >_>
