Yes it's another Maplestory map
It's the BGM for the event area, Coke Town which is availabe in JMS, KMS, and I think TaiwanMS.

1st upload - Uploaded Hard and Normal EDIT: Switched to happy30's offset
2nd upload - Did what Larto said and some stuff with Skyripper, NOTE: I don't think I can get breaks in there.
3rd upload - Did what Ekaru said.
4th upload - More Larto fixes YAY

5th upload - Minyeob NAZI! fixes done.

Try offset 11.289

Normal:

00:16:67 (5) - Should start 1/4 later
00:24:06 (5) - ^
02:11:28 (1) - somehow I dont like how it's placed here

Hard:

00:16:56 (5) - Should start 1/4 later
00:24:06 (5) - ^

Hard:
00:16:56 (5) - 1/4 later, 1/4 shorter.
00:20:42 (5) - That slider is pretty, but mean. seperate start and ending.
00:24:06 (5) - 1/4 later, 1/4 shorter.
02:24:17 (4) - The repeat here sounds bad. do something so everything syncs the music :S
02:31:67 (4) - ^
02:34:25 (2,3) - Sudden and totally not foreseeable spacing change is sudden and totally not foreseeable. Closer.

Normal:
00:16:56 (5) - 1/4 later, 1/4 shorter.
00:20:42 (5) - That slider is pretty, but mean. seperate start and ending.

01:55:35 (1) - Decide: Put the Overall difficulty of that map a bit higher or remove that spinner, because it can be REALLY confusing if a hitcircle appears earlier than the spinner before it.

I actually also don't like how Normal and Hard are so similar, but fine.

Hard: Where are the breaks?
02:21:24 (8) - I think this sounds better on the red (this may just be my opinion alone XD)
02:28:74 (8) - ^ Same thing, but it's preference.
02:31:67 (4) - ^ Just try it and see XD

Normal: Where are the breaks?
02:21:83 (10) - You'll notice in Normal you have it arranged like I note Hard should be

Normal:

02:16:67 (1) - I would recommend shortening it by 1/2. First, this is to make it a lot easier to recover from the spinner, and second, it sounds better to me.
02:28:39 (7,8,9) - uneven stack, which you should avoid, because it's confusing to read, among other things.

Hard:

Nothing really.

Nice job; too bad the map already got nazi'd before I could get to it. ;(

00:24:17 (5) - Too close to 4
01:47:61 (7) - hitcircle isn't really necessary.
01:55:11 (7) - ^. You could remove that one here and make the spinner after it longer, it's pretty short anyways.
02:24:53 (5) - 1/4 later
02:28:86 (8) - 1/4 earlier

Normal is fine.

This actually kept me very entertained, which is really surprising being a maplestory map.

You did a very nice job with the hitsounds. Also, while being a repetitive song, you did a nice job varying the way your combos looked. Skin is a very nice touch too. I'm impressed.

Nothing preventing me from bubbling this one.
