---------------
Voted the catchiest TV theme by the Nostalgia Critic. DuckTales was based off of a lesser-known series of comics (I think is still running) featuring Donald Duck and eventually his uncle Scrooge and Donald's nephews. More popular in Europe than America, I hear.

I loved this show :D Awesome song too

I'm a beginner modder, but I'll give it a shot

Here's the timing I got

BPM: 176,70
Offset: 4.409
See how you like that, remember to resnap all of your notes.

Nephew:
-Seems fine to me

Uncle
00:05:396 (4,5) - I think this feels better unstacked, I keep wanting to hit 5 early
00:19:349 (9) - End this 1/4 shorter
00:34:544 (1) - I think this sounds better a blue tick later
00:37:346 (1) - Extend this 1/4
00:44:731 (7,8,9,1) - Straight 1/2 beats don't sound great here. I would push 8 back 1/4, take out 9, then move the slider 1/2 ahead of that, and extend it to the next white tick.
00:54:918 (4,5) - Put these a blue tick later.

I'll get to Great Uncle sometime tomorrow, I need to go to sleep :P

Nice job :D Looking forward to seeing this ranked

EDIT: OK, Great Uncle time.
Timing - Go to the timing panel and tick "Inherit previous timing settings" for your hitsound changes
00:21:556 (3) [and others like this] - This sounds better 1/4 later (sorry if this wrecks your pattern there)
00:23:339 (9) - This sounds a tad late, move it forward 1/4 then extend it a blue tick
00:34:629 (3,4) - Pull these back 1/4
00:39:553 (6) - Forward 1/4
00:40:232 (9,10) - ^
00:44:986 (9) Too far away
00:56:701 (3) This slider doesn't make a ton of sense to me, I would keep it as a hitcircle

Hope this was useful :D
whymeman
I used to watch this show way back.... oh the memories... :)

I'll try to find any errors that needs attention as best as I can.

[Nephew]

Everything seems fine except for one problem...... The whole beatmap in this level has to be [evenly] resnapped as the notes slowly start to move away from the ticks it is supposed to be at as the song plays to the end. (Maybe its just me but it is what I saw.)

[Uncle]

Seems okay so far (Besides the errors 0_o posted)

[Great Uncle]

00:54:06 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - These all together are kinda out of sync.

00:59:33 (1) - The end point of the spinner sounds like it ends a bit too early. Try to extend it 1/4 to the right towards the white tick to see if that works.

01:00:35 (1) - This hits just a bit too early. Try moving this to the white tick as well.
Skyripper
[Uncle Donald]
00:25:46 (7) - I'd like to see the end of this slider line up with the next combo. Turn off grid snap if you have to
00:57:38 (5) - new combo? Makes the repeat back to 2's position a little easier. Considering this is the Normal equivalent, you don't need combo breakers~

[Uncle Lina]
Something very strange is going on when I load this map. It's just the english version, and then it magically becomes the Finnish when I exit and go back in and the offset sounds completely wrong.
because of this I can't really comment on the sound of it.

00:56:36 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - closer together please

[Great Uncle]
00:32:93 (4,5,6) - Sounds kinda sluggish. Slows down the song where it shouldn't. Consider making normal hits instead of sliders.
00:59:33 (1) - extend to white (1:00:096)
01:00:43 (1) - ^ (1:00:436)
The last 20 seconds of the song, I think the placement of beats and the slider shape becomes slightly erratic (basically it looks like you rushed this part) which wouldn't be bad, if it was like that the whole song and not just here. But the rest of it is well patterned out and designed. Just food for thought.

I love love love love love this song! You did a really good job on this, and I'm sure it will only get better as it's modded and revised.

Starrodkirby86
Note that I'm not the best at modding so...xD:
[Nephew]:
00:37:34 (1,2) - Just a bit of a symmetry freak here or something, but perhaps you can horizontal flip this so then the right size won't feel neglected. xD

[Uncle Donald]:
00:08:48 (8,9) - If you want them to be opposites of (6) and (7), then move this by 1 block to the left on Grid Level 2. You have made a vertical opposite at 12:558 and so forth, so why not here anyway?
00:33:95 (6) - To make the curve look even, move this one down on Grid Level 3...
00:58:73 (1,2) - Think you can lower this so it's on the same alignment with the red (3)?

[Great Uncle Scrooge]:
00:08:48 (3) - I personally prefer this at the same area (1) was. This difficulty can be high enough to have tricks and gimmicks like this...But it's entirely up to you.
00:15:27 (5) - Something's odd about this circle. It's like it's just some filler since there's nothing it follows the song with...Of course, except for some constant rhythm thing...
00:54:83 (5,6,7,8,9,10) - You should separate these groups in couples...

[Uncle Lina]:
There's something wrong going on here. There are some parts, like 00:03:65 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6), that sounds better if it was a fourth later...(Or a 16th in music terms...) And there's some that are A-OK...It might be the victim of a bad offset or a just some strange timing...
If you want, I can go all specific and tell you which areas to move. But not yet...I suppose.

For now, this map is epic, so a Star for you. :)

The right side gets a longer slider, though... maybe you're talking about time? I left it as is, but thanks for pointing it out.

I loved the last difficulty.

I'm using 1/8 beat snap at 00:40:27 (9). I think it fits there. Any objections?
minyeob
I'm using 1/8 beat snap at 00:40:27 (9).-> minyeob agrees.

[Great Uncle Scrooge]
23:257(8)-> 1/4 beat backward & Decrease the length by 1/4.

[Distant Uncle Lina]
1st Offset: Try 3,705.
06:743(2)-> Extend 1/4 beat.
0_o
Nephew
00:40:06 (1) - I'm not a fan of notes directly after spinners on Easy difficulties, maybe try ending the spinner 2 white ticks earlier than adding a beat where the spinner used to end?
01:00:43 (5) - New combo for effect?

Uncle Donald
00:19:34 (9) - Shorten to red tick
00:39:38 (6) - I never look for this kind of stuff when I mod, but I happened to notice it in the editor so I'll point it out: align vertically with 4?
00:49:90 (4) - New combo here or on 5

Great Uncle Scrooge
00:21:55 (3) and on other parts in the song like this - Whistle?
00:33:27 (5,6,7) - Whistle? on 4 too if you want
00:53:305 - Not a fan of the kiai time, doesn't really fit imo

Uncle Lina
No offense here, but honestly, I think the storyboard kinda wrecks the map. Sure it's funny and fun to watch, but when you are playing its extremely annoying to have all of the pictures flying by when you are trying to focus on the notes.
So basically, it's more enjoyable to watch auto play it than actually playing it yourself :P Which really shouldn't be your goal when storyboarding.
Anyway, I think this difficulty has timing issues, and since I suck at timing I can't really give it a proper mod till it's fixed.

This has improved since I last looked at it though, so nice job. You need to bug more people to mod to get some priority...

I think maps are more perfectly synced by use 1/3 snap divisor on whole song.

~Nephew~

Fine.

~Uncle Donald~

Fine.

~Great Uncle Scrooge~

00:17:906 - (7)
00:23:254 - (9)
00:28:772 - (7)
00:39:638 - (6)
00:45:071 - (9)
Add new combo.

Whoa nelly, you're right! Maybe not the whole song, but for a lot of it, anyway You're a lifesaver.

Glad you were able to use the video I gave you. :)

You did a very good job on this map, and I hope it gets ranked soon!

I'll try my hand at modding it later (although I'm not very good.)

Duck Tales? Not popular in the US? Pfft.

Anyway.

General
Are you using Distance Snap? I couldn't find a single DS value to use while testing spacing and such. Maybe you should use it?

Nephew
Increase Circle Size?
00:42:43 (1,2) - Move away from centre of play area.

Uncle Donald
00:07:12 (6) - New combo.
00:34:51 (1,2) - Stack plus non-obvious timing makes this pretty difficult, for me at least. Maybe unrepeat the slider and unstack it?
00:44:70 (7,8,1) - Stack please.
00:46:51 (4,5,6) - Too close IMO.
00:54:83 (4) - Repeat confused me and broke my combo. Maybe turn into two sliders and a hit circle?

Great Uncle Scrooge
00:03:84 (7,8) - Move these 1/6 forward on the timeline (1/2 snapped).
00:17:53 (1,2,3) - Unintuitive spacing. Move (2,3) closer?
00:23:31 (1) - I would start this on the vocals not the trumpet. Thus, snap to the next 1/1.
00:25:68 (5,6) - Too close by a tad. You could move (6) up one grid space.
00:21:55 (3) - This and similar notes are 1/3 snapped not 1/2. Move this one to 00:21:61, for example.
00:28:17 (6) - Repeating slider, maybe?
00:39:60 (1,2,3) - Player expects the trumpet to be followed for (3) but is surprised by the lyrics. Hmm.
00:55:68 (10,1) - Swap New Combos.

I was ambiguous in the first post; I was talking about the comic books they're based on.

General

I am using DS, but it seems to have gone all wonky since I placed the beats. First two are fully replaced to 0.9x, last one is still at 1.2x. Is that too big of a difficulty jump?

00:17:53 (1,2,3) - Unintuitive spacing. Move (2,3) closer?
Standard spacing, but I put it more in line of the user's path after the slider.

00:28:17 (6) - Repeating slider, maybe?
No, I don't think so...

00:39:60 (1,2,3) - Player expects the trumpet to be followed for (3) but is surprised by the lyrics. Hmm.
Made a new combo after the lyrics, if that helps.

[Nephew]
Found nothing wrong with it, there could've been more hitsounds though, it sounded a little dull to me. Well and I suppose there is that one break you put in there, you didn't seem to need it, if I were you it would be a spinner or just some more notes.

[Uncle Donald]
This one I really like, you have it well synced with the music yet it still fits the difficulty it needs. And the hitsounds were nicely done.

[Great Uncle Scrooge]
Look at Uncle Donald, sorry if I'm being vague but I can't find anything wrong with this map, great job.

[Overall]
I love this map, you did a great job on it, star for you.

Nephew:
nothing I could find

Uncle Donald
00:08:99 (4) - align with 1
00:30:21 (5,6) - make this similar to the spacing between 1,2
00:39:04 (5) - make a horizontal reflection of 3
00:56:70 (3) - make a horizontal reflection of 1
00:57:38 (1,2,3) - make a straight line?

Great Uncle Scrooge:
00:04:74 (2,3) - make parallel to 00:04:06 (8,1)
00:05:76 (5) - make the same distance from 3 that 1 is
00:13:91 (3) - align with the end of 2?
00:16:29 (3) - make the same distance from 2 that 1 is
00:57:04 (5) - make the same distance from 4 that 3 is

Nice simple map. Star.

Thanks; I used the medium grid in some places, and I think it worked out well.
