Nice catch on all of these, the timing sections from "Collab" somehow moved to this diff, now it's all fixed.

What's wrong for a map without mods getting ranked? To be honest, if it's bubbled, that means the beatmap is good to go.
Just look at James' map: http://osu.ppy.sh/s/48779 It got ranked without any mods.

I'd not bubble a map unless I'm completely sure that it doesn't have any issues. It isn't a problem for me to contact Krisom in order to fix an issue so if I had found something that had to be fixed I'd have told him immediately, he would fix the issue and I'd bubble afterwards. It was not necessary though, because the mapset is clean.

If this map is bubbled it's because I believe it doesn't have any issue and it's ready for ranking. Yes, believe it or not, I've modded the map... (at least tried, because it's clean).

Remember that, any other User/MAT/BAT/Admin is free to mod the map and pop the bubble if they find an issue. A bubble just indicates that a map is ready for ranking ;)
